Great SMS and Whatsapp sender with Inbox

I think this tool is great and provides an excellent return on investment. It's fulfilling its promises and the founder is very helpful. I had a small glitch, but it was solved promptly.

On my wishlist, I would like to have an app for an SMS solution that is validated by Google apps, as using an unvalidated app can be a bit worrisome. Moreover I wish for the Team feature and fine if need to buy extra Saasmantra code to add team members. I also wish for an auto-rotate feature for my WhatsApp account, which would make it easier to send bulk messages. In addition, I would appreciate a native integration with Zapier, Integrately, and Pabbly.

Hi!

I know you are using Zender for this, which is fine (i also use it). I would suggest having a clear disclaimer so people are aware that development doesn't directly fall to you, but rather the actual development team. In my experiene having a clear expetation on this is key to have everybody on the same page.

Just 1 question: Are you using the latest version from the 15th of may?

I see you have unlimited devices it can connect to which is great.

The way I would use this to have 1 device per client. Is there any client managements sub-accounts in the dashboard? If not currently, can you add this feature? It would help to keep the dashboard much cleaner and easier to navigate especially once there is multiple phones / clients using it.

Some other people have suggested a direct integration with GoHighLevel. Would you add this?

It would bring a huge user base to your software.

I want to create a group on plugsms where I can add a mix of whatsapp contact no. and whatsapp group address so that when a message is sent to the group on plugsms, it is sent to all the contacts and also in the whatsapp group that is a part of the plugsms group.

What I noticed is that I am able to add the contact numbers to the plug sms group but not the whatsapp group address. Kindly help

Hello – The PlugSMS looks promising! I'm considering to use it for customer reminder SMS messages.

1. Can I assign a name to each customer phone number? This allows for proper management.

2. Are there compliance features that allow my business to avoid legal complications, such as those related to the CAN-SPAM Act regulations (opt-out mechanisms; users must be able to opt out automatically with messages like "Reply {STOP | QUIT | UNSUBSCRIBE} to opt out"), and does the tool keep accurate records of customer opt-out requests, including the opt-out date/time? Furthermore, if I try to add them again, will I receive a notice that the customer had opted out?

3. Regarding GDPR regulations, does it ensure secure and encrypted message transmissions?

4. Since PlugSMS will be using my SIM card, are there mechanisms included to avoid carrier violations, such as limits on texting volume and frequency (sending under 200 unique recipients a day and messages per minute time interval options)? I understand that local laws and guidelines surrounding SMS marketing vary.

5. Odd question: How does the SMS feature work in regards to the cost of sending messages? If I'm using my sim card, does it use my current carrier provider plan or not? What make PlugSMS a cost-effective solution?

@erik: A direct integration with HighLevel would be amazing.

I came here to ask about that as well.

Sure, webhooks and future integrations with Make, Pabbly and Zapier are great but agencies using HighLevel would run in droves to buy this product if there was a direct integration so messages would show up in HighLevel's "Conversations" tab.

There is a is a similar product that is launching right now that does this but it is much more expensive.

PlugSMS's owner / developer would make a killing if he built this direct integration.

@Rupesh: Hey, it's already on the PlugSMS portal. Simply navigate to your WhatsApp account page, the one you used to add your account initially. From there, you can edit your WhatsApp account and set up intervals.
