@Sebastiano: Hello before I buy I was wondering if there was the possibility for a discount I tried to get a budget increase but balancing I don't see it as possible. I sent a ticket a while ago and wasn't replied too.

I still have to get hosting after buying the chatbot from DoRoyal is what I'm looking at for $40 I'm trying to keep this site alive for at least 5-10 years but $100 and $ 3 for tax is all I have and after getting the $90 plan I wouldn't have enough for hosting.

I'm very sorry to put this on you, if it isn't possible I will have to research self hosting which is fine but uptime is never a guarantee and security has its ups and downs.

@Sebastiano: Sorry to reply here but I have to have a prototype done by the 25th and I need to make some decisions and I would feel bad not trying to contact you before moving on.

Yes the bot can do this through API. The API is using the same endpoints we're using to run the chatbot.

Hey there,

So I want to use it on my website. Possibly the website will have over 100 pages and they will be updated regularly..

1. can I submit the Sitemap URL instead of adding each URL manually? so they will be added to the AI source automatically.

2. Can I ask to refresh the data daily? cause I update the info on each page from time to time.

3. Can the Chatbot do some analysis, let's say I have multiple products and the customer asks for the cheapest, green color, and with the highest review product.. So he will get the answer

@Ramin: @Ramin: in respect to your first and second question, yes you can train your data with sitemaps but you will have to refresh weekly to update it, however we have to look into auto refresh based on feature request.

In the third question, through our shopify integration, the chatbot does analysis but right now we are working on having it implemented for clients without Shopify integrations

@José Luis: thanks for reaching out to us. For the first and second question you asked, the message and data limit are total and not for each chatbot.

Currently you cannot suggest responses from the conversation history but we have a section on the dashboard for "Suggested questions" which you can set upto 5 questions to prompt your site visitors

Finally, you can sign up with Google authentification or simply with credentials, as you prefers.
