I'm in!

I love this unique concept and believe it has huge potential. I tried to sign up and explore, but I hesitated because I wondered how I could attract visitors who hardly know me. 🧐 So, "Okay, maybe this is for a person who already has fans" was what I thought.

However, I found out that thanks to another creator, the "Primary sharable content" under my name can be clickable without signing in. This is cool! 🚀 If you are a creator, you can put your portfolio link there.

I look forward to seeing where Super Fan Share will go next! I would also like to see the roadmap and forum for creators someday.

@Nitin: Hello Nitin,

Your support ticket was received on June 11 and the issue was resolved on the same day.

If you sign in and go to the support section you will see that a response was provided and you should have received a response email to the email in your account, in any case the issue has been resolved and you will now be able to create rewards.

@Richard: Thank you for the response and letting me know that the issue is resolved. It seems the email I received found the spam folder and therefore I missed the same.

To bring to your notice: When I check the ticket in the dashboard, I do not see any response to the raised ticket. It may be a bug in the ticketing system.

Hi Richard, Thank you for the update! I registered with a disposable email address because I was not sure if I would make a purchase at that time. Now, I have one more question:

Can I change the email address?

@Nana: Unfortunately, we have not anticipated that users needing to change their emails so soon after registering and we concentrated our efforts on other features for the launch so that option is not possible at the moment.If you wish to change your email now, please send your new email to [email protected] and we will change it for you.

Otherwise, if you are not in a hurry you will be able to change it yourself at the beginning of next week, we will send you an email when user email change development done.

@gianni: No, when you sign up as a creator, you will be asked to enter a creator name, which is what will be seen by fans and will also be used for the URL. For example, a YouTuber could use the same name as their YouTube channel for consistency.

@Richard: tried signup but there is a problem sent email with screenshot to your support

@gianni: Sorry about that but just finished setting up a new 7 day free trial. So if you sign up now you will have 7 days full access trial with no credit card required. Everything is working now, try again

@gianni: Just as a side note, we are currently working on changing the rewards module to allow for digital rewards such as ebooks, file downloads and rebate coupons which fans will be able to redeem automatically without the need for creator intervention. It should be ready next week.

@Richard: yes but in redemption instruction you write signin, but I think must be signup, can you check?

@gianni: Its a typo, you must sign up and then click on the billing button on your account page, click on view invoice and there will be an apply coupon button in the invoice. Click on it and enter your SaaS Mantra coupon and your lifetime deal will be unlocked.

Can I change the Personalization of Profile page URL later?

@Mohamed: Yes you can change it at any time, in your account must set a creator name which is sort of like a YouTube channel name. And it can be changed at any point.

I have two questions:

Is there a sample creator's page available for us to see what it looks like?

Can we try out a creator account for free for a week or so?

@Nana: We have a demo creator account that we use to test new features etc.

I can provide a with a 10-day trial if you wish, just register at https://superfanshare.com/signin/register.php and send the email you used to register to [email protected] and I will activate it.

@Richard: Thank you for your reply. I have created an account and will explore a bit. I will contact you if I still want to try out instead of making a purchase directly.

@Nana: I saw that you have registered as a fan and not a creator.

This will not allow you to see the creator aspects of the platform.

When a user registers as a creator, they will have access to all the functionalities EXCEPT creating shareable content and rewards.

You can upgrade to a creator account from your account page using upgrade to creator account button, this will not force you to pay but you will then be able to see all of the creator functionalities and have the possibility to unlock all the functionalities should you wish to purchase.

@gianni: Unfortunately, there is no digital download available but it's great idea.

We'll look into implementing that feature.

@gianni: Yes we have a roadmap for new features which will include your suggestion. We needed to launch, so we implemented all the pertinent features we could think of. We do have suggestion submission within the platform for users wishing certain features and we will of course consider all of them.
