It isn't entirely clear to me what the purpose of a repository is. Are they just "domains" where you upload related contracts? Are the contracts it generates forum/jurisdiction specific? Can it generate things like terms of service, etc? What else can it generate?

2. We do offer jurisdiction-specific contracts for major regions (USA, UAE, Europe, Australia, India, etc.), and the system can be trained for any additional needs.

3. The contract generator can draft any contract using AI—just provide the name, and you’ll get a first draft, with AI-powered suggestions to strengthen it further.

Your app seems great…But I have lots of questions

- Can we use for quote and invoice? One quote is paid, i need to send an invoice that does not need to be signed, just stamp Paid.

- What about RGPD. This is touchy and important in my case.

- How many collaborator can we have with tier one, one editor? Does collaborator means company/website

- Can we send quote/Invoice using our own email?

- Are documents, invoices in my case, easy classified and found, years after years? Can we send for example last 3 months invoices within one email?

- can we export documents in case your Saas closed?

- Does Auto Renewals means sending automatically a new invoice once contract is finished?

- Can you tell more about Approval Workflows? Does it work with Brevo for example?

- What function does you api includes?

- Does it include eSignature feature?

@Vincent: 1. Yes, you can create proposal and quotes, and save them in custom folders such as "Paid" within your repository without having them signed.

2. We are fully GDPR compliant, as well as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and ISO 27701 certified.

3. In Tier 1, you get one license, which means you can initiate documents, but cannot have additional collaborators or approvers. Signatories are not counted against your license.

4. Whitelabeling of emails is on our roadmap and will be launched within the next month or two. For now, all emails are sent from our system.

5. Yes, documents can be easily retrieved even years later. They can also be selected in bulk and downloaded as a zip file.

6. Yes, you can easily download or export your data should the need arise.

7. You will receive automated alerts for upcoming renewals. You can also set up auto-payments against renewals and milestones.

8. We do not integrate with platforms like Brevo for approval workflows. We have our own system for workflows that includes editors, approvers, and signatories. Users can collaborate on any document, send it for approvals, and if approved, the document moves forward for signing. You can even set predefined approval rules, which AI will manage based on triggers.

9. We have several APIs running throughout the app, with different frameworks such as Node.js and Python powering various features. These APIs can be customized for specific integrations based on customer requirements.

10. Yes, we do have an eSignature tool called Legitt eSign.

@Sagi Levi: Yes. It works for Right to Left. You can upload documents and get it signed.

Once you add a signatory for signing, they would get an email with document link to review and sign. If person is also a legittai user, he would be notified in the inbox as well.

However, editor does not support right to left.
