Indulge in Creativity with Weje

Weje is a virtual whiteboard that lets you easily collaborate & brainstorm with your team.

PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS

  • Collaborate easily from Freehand Mind Mapping to sticky notes, and videos
  • Alternative to: Miro, Milanote
  • DIKW and brainstorming tool for organized workflow
  • Best suited for: Business Owners, Bloggers, Solopreneurs & You

Weje is unlike any other virtual whiteboard tool available out there that automates your daily workflow.

With a simple whiteboard interface, you can create your notes, to-do, mood boards for much more focused and engaged work.

Once you login to your Weje account, you will find a dashboard of templates suited for common workflows.

You can also add your data using existing templates or you can create a new board and start from scratch.

Double click anywhere on the whiteboard space to create a card. You can add and format texts, embed YouTube links, add pictures and folders to your cards.

Treat Weje like your Post-It notes by adding colors to your cards and formatting them as you like.

It works the same for lists. You can create lists by tapping the list icon at the bottom of your screen.

Links, cards, images, folders - you name it. Simply drag and drop in your lists and Weje conveniently organizes them for you.

Lists can morph into colored and funky kanban boards if that’s your favorite. Get things done almost instantly.

What’s good if there’s no collaboration, shared insights, thought mapping, brainstorming over the Starbucks counter?

Weje is perfect for anyone who has their guard down for welcoming creativity through collaboration.

Simply add your collaborators and grant them access to view and edit your work. You can add as many of them as you want by sending an invite link.

A built-in chat feature enables communication with collaborators.

All by retaining your status as an admin and see what your team or collaborators are upto. You can add as many of them as you want by sending an invite link.

Productivity is something we cannot put a price on. It gives us the promise of results.

With Weje’s $7/month per user, it can seem inexpensive on the surface (to onboard your whole team).

But a one time price of a sassy tool like Weje seems tempting, especially when it starts with 5 users for just $49/lifetime.

Start collaborating with Weje today!

The nearest important update from the roadmap would be Doodle Cards. In the beta testing right now, just posted a screenshot in our FB group.

Approximately at the same time we will add couple new languages (very likely it will be Chinese, Spanish, Portugues, French).

Working hard...

Are you planning on a bright future, then plan with Weje

Weje is a fantastic all-in-one note-taking and organizing app that allows you to store any kind of content for quick access and reference, and you can share things with your team for collaboration. I wanted to find a tool that could help me store and organize all my notes and content I've created, and found this.

I use Weje to create mind maps, to-do lists, link websites, YouTube videos and other things. I'm always impressed with how easy it is to create and share content. It's a great way to collaborate on projects. You upload your own content of videos and images. You can even live chat (and later voice chat) with those you share links to.

It's really easy to use and is perfect for students, teachers, business owners and anyone who wants to have all of their content in an easy-to-access place. I needed a way to organize my thoughts, and Weje made it really easy to do that.

Evgeny and the team seek out and listen to feedback from users and are dedicated to make us the best product with continues development. I think there are a lot more features that can be added and some will be added on the roadmap. I believe this is a good investment and has a very bright future. This app is a keeper and a must-buy, even if you only buy Tier 1 you can't go wrong.

Great Mind Mapping Tool and So Much More!

Weje is a good deal and I encourage anyone who is looking for a mind mapping software to buy this product. In all honestly I just needed a simple basic mind mapping tool to map out interactive voice response menus but with Weje I can do so much more. I can add as much detail to the structure of the mind map. I am very happy with my purchase and I really like the trash feature incase I accidently delete the wrong project. Looking forward to see where the founder takes the product. I cant wait to try the sharing feature maybe I will be able to share an overview of different types of IVR systems that I can build for clients.

Thank you for the review!

You already can share the boards publicly - https://weje.io/knowledgebase/how-to-make-boards-public

By the way, when we introduce "weje sites" feature, it you have much more sharing and publishing options. We expect to have it within 2 months from now.

Something that I can't live without. Love it!

Thanks go to Evgeny for bringing this to SaaS Mantra. Such a simple but useful tool that I use everyday. The templates also helped me start off with my lists and assist with my decision-making. Use cases come up as I use it. Try it for yourself so you'll see. This is one of those tools that you'll feel personally attached to. At least for me. :D

Great for online collaboration

If only for mindmapping I would go for a tool like Zen Mindmap. But with Weje you can work together on a mindmap (or whiteboard). So happy to have this one in my tool collection too.

Thanks.

My Biggest Needs Taken Care of

I missed out on a collaborative whiteboard deal earlier this year and I just couldn't find a replacement. I'm so glad Weje came along!

In my first test, I thought Weje is too basic with only list and card features and I almost refunded it. But then I realise it can do so much more such as mindmaps and flow charts. This is awesome for collaborative planning with my team.

You can even paste youtube videos, Twitter cards(could be better), upload videos and images all into Weje as well.

If you don't mind spending another 5mins to try out the hotkeys, it's gonna make a world of difference in the time spend on planning with your team through Weje.

One of my happiest deals ever.

If you'd like to check out my video review on Weje the link is below.

Can you explain the differences between "team member", "collaborator", and "viewers" (unlimited viewers?)

Is a USER the same as a TEAM member? Or is the account holder the only USER?

Hi, about team members, when I invite a collaborator with the editing permissions, I think the collaborator converts to the business plan, but the 10 Mb file limit is only for the board I invite right? all the boards for that user that he creates are under free plan? is this correct? thanks

Automatic change of the line anchor point

If I move a card, the line hook should automatically change.

For the closest, shortest, lying next to.

Cause it doesn't look good like that.

The line runs through the card.

I'm in. Love it! Thank you!

I'm expecting Dark Mode and Searching coming ASAP.

And here is a special wish.

I let a board become my Windows 10 desktop wallpaper by adding URL via the software "Wallpaper Engine" successfully.

Therefore we can have a cloud synced whiteboard as our wallpaper. It's good for keeping focus.

However, zoom in/out by scrolling mouse middle and moving by drag are not able...(cry)

For zoom in/out, I can choose to use the buttons in the lower left corner, but it seems there's no other way to move besides draging.

If possibly you could add more button and hot key (even customed) oneday, maybe this problem shall be resolved.

Hello. If I create a project and invite others to edit, the limit is 5 (as they are counted as team members).

This is something I want to know because for education if students want to edit it would be awesome for classes but 5 limit would be really low and difficult to use in education cases. Thank you.

As long as it is graphics, pdf, it is difficult to do anything more than a presentation or printout.

If it were structured data, eg Excel, it would be of a different quality.

Much more data could be done with it.

Convert into an article in Word, analyze, extract more data in Excel.

And now more and more companies are Data Driven.

Maybe now, when the startup is in the initial stage of development, more could be done now, something to be redesigned?

Because later on, it will be more and more difficult to change something.
