Would you order from a restaurant where the owner says, “We make the Best Pizzas in town”

(Or)

Would you order from the restaurant which has plenty of positive reviews, and video testimonials on their website?

Definitely, the latter. Because, Trust Sells.

With a bit of help, you can turn your boring testimonial section into a marketing powerhouse.

You can easily get ahead of your competition, and probably steal your competitors’ customers with video testimonials from your customers.

Introducing Trust

Trust helps you to collect authentic customer feedback, and video testimonials from your customers, and display them on your website (or) store instantly.

PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS

  • Collect & Display Authentic Testimonials on your website
  • Alternative to: Boast.io, Testimonial.to
  • Beautiful Forms, Display Widgets, Rich Snippet & Contract for Consents
  • Best Suited for: Online Businesses, Solopreneurs, Sales & Marketing Professionals

Let’s get started with using the Trust to collect Testimonials from your Customers. Start with registering your website where you want to display those beautiful reviews once you receive them.

Make sure to insert the code in your website, so Trust can automatically pull up the reviews & display them on your website real-time.

If you’re a wordpress lover like I am, you can install their plugin to achieve the same.

To start collecting the testimonials, go to “Tools > Testimonials >> Capture” & start adding the fields to the Form your customers are going to fill in.

When creating a form, you can configure the form fields based on your needs - Text, Video Testimonials, Star Ratings, Upload Profile Picture, Allow Video Links, etc.

Configure the style of the Form to match your brand colours.

Make sure to turn ON the Video message, if you are planning to add a personal touch and say hello, thank customers for their time, and give an incentive that motivates them to fill in the form.

And then, configure the Thank You page. You can also turn on the settings to request your customers to review you on other major platforms like Google, TrustPilot, Capterra, etc.

With the built-in Email sender, you can configure sender info to email your customers to collect the testimonials without having to leave the dashboard.

Moreover, you can collect customer testimonials right from your websites, as forms by Trust can be added directly to website pages.

Time is Money. Save the forms as templates, so you could use them as many times as you want in the future.

And it’s time to set up how you want the videos to look like on your website. Right from the recorder, you can change the player skin, button colours etc. to match with your brand.

You really don’t want to handle the privacy laws across the world. With Trust, you don’t have to worry about any of it.

The built-in “Contract Data” is to make sure you will be using their reviews with their consent.

When the testimonials start pouring in, you can check the status of them from your dashboard.

Your customers can always preview their testimonials, before they submit them.

Display option helps you configure how the testimonials are displayed on your website: Pop-up, Widgets and/or Badge.

You can also choose how you want the pop-up to appear on different devices (Desktops, Tablet, Smartphones, etc.)

From your dashboard, you can see the testimonials received and get a preview of how it looks on your website before you publish them.

You can click "Publish" or "Unpublish" to show/hide a testimonial on your website easily from your dashboard.

A typical Trust customer pays nearly $49 per month for the “Off The Ground” plan with 3 websites and only 20,000 unique visitors a month.

Now, you can get the same plan with 10 Websites and 200,000 unique visitors per month for just $59 on a lifetime deal today.

Heyo GenieUs!

Carsten here, the founder of Trust. I’m a big fan of lifetime deals, and now I’m super excited to introduce my SaaS to you!

Have you ever looked for unbiased customer feedback about any business and found fake praises from “Mary2021” and “M.B. from S.”, or anonymous reviews? In my opinion, such “texts” don’t build trust with prospective customers, and even scare them off. Luckily, testimonials (especially videos) can be very powerful if done right.

I built Trust to easily prove that customers’ love is real, and thus build a strong online reputation. Here you can come up with your own “formula of the perfect testimonial” that may include a customer’s name, company name, image, testimonial (text, video or both), links to customer’s websites and social media profiles. Gathering video testimonials – the best social proof ever – is also a no-brainer with Trust.

Now we’re working hard to bring live some huge platform updates (such new forms, and integrations into rating services like Google My Business, Facebook, Trustpilot and so on), and a lot more is coming.

I’m always open to implementing customers’ ideas, because together we can build a better product!

Hello GenieUs!

First of all, we'd like to say thank you for all conversations, brainstorming, avalanche of feedback and ideas! That's really priceless.💙

We're also happy to give 10 sub-accounts (or) 200 published testimonials for your review of Trust on SaaS Mantra regardless the number of your codes. I'm sure that will help both of us 😊

P.S. Our offer regarding reviews on G2 Crowd, Capterra and YouTube is still in place!

Great platform to gather testimonials and ratings

It is a great solution. User interface is intuitive and it does exactly what it says. You can also publish testimonials on specific pages of your website which suits me. Once integration to all external services is up and running, this platform becomes best in its chosen field. I have been fan of German Engineering but there IT skills are also pretty good. Also you can collect endless text and video testimonials, but there is a limit to how many testimonials you can publish which is explicitly stated in deal structure.

Support this company in early phase, get on board. Buy Trust.

Very Promising

I am excited about Trust! I maxed stacked.

Right now the product is good and is being actively developed and supported. In time, this will be one you will regret missing.

It takes the best in normal review gathering, and adds a robust video testimonial gathering aspect.

It also has all the options you could want for displaying your reviews and testimonials the way you like.

The team is working on adding external integrations like Zapier etc and is working on (in beta) a system for pulling in reviews and scores from external sites like Google and Facebook.

Probably most importantly the team is very responsive and invested in support and development.

Simplifies video testimonials

Facilitates the process of collecting video testimonials through a clean form, and then displaying them on your website in the shape of one of their different looking widgets.

It was fast and easy to get started, create a widget and put it on a website to show the recorded. If you want you can spend more time and customize both the form and widget to match your brand front and colors.

The roadmap shows that Webhooks/API is planned, which is promising. It would be very useful to get all metadata sent to a hook when a review is created.

Like this we can for example automatically create a task in our project management system. Please put this higher on the roadmap!

Regarding support - I was having problem on a Sunday and Carsten spent an hour with me looking for a solution. That shows dedication!

In the end we found out that the problem had nothing to do with Trust, it was a problem with my implementation on my website, sorry for wasting your time Carsten!

I can highly recommend this software if you are looking for a simple solution for video testimonials.

So good, I maxed it out!

I'm starting an online agency, so I'm compiling a few LTD's to offer my clients as part of a package. I thought Trust reviews would be the sort of thing that would benefit my business and theirs. I purchased 3 codes and delved in.

Setting it up was a breeze, plenty of options to make it almost indistinguishable from my websites' branding. The one small issue I had with the carousel 'dots' was fixed almost immediately. Support answered within minutes, went and had a chat, came back with an immediate solution and told me they would add it to the roadmap. Excellent!

So happy with the platform I had to buy two more codes and max it out. Great job Trust, looking forward to a long and happy collaboration.

Highly recommended! Don't wait till it's gone, get your codes now.

Amazing Tool

I've been looking for something like this for a while. Trust is absolutely amazing! This software is awesome and going to make my life SO much easier!

Trust is tremendous at what it does, and what it is right now is already better and easier to use than many of the Wordpress plugins that claim to handle and display reviews.

One thing I am really hoping for is to have the ability to import the reviews from facebook and display them on the website. Hoping to see this soon!

-UI is good

-Great support

-Exciting roadmap

-The speed is excellent

Highly recommended. Thanks Trust!

I can not say at this moment if this will be added to Trust in the future, but I understand this will be useful.

As we have tons of work right now to prepare all planned and promised features (Integrations, Agency, custom domain for forms, Interactive Form, Teleprompter - just to name some of them...) we will discuss this by end of the year to see if we can bring such a feature in 2022.

Hi Team Trust.

I was very excited to see the app on SM, and even more excited once I went through the features. However, I am kinda disappointed to see that the platform seems to be built only for SAAS or local businesses, and not with e-commerce businesses in mind. There are millions of e-commerce businesses that could find Trust useful. I couldn't find, from the information on the website/roadmap, any integrations for WordPress or Shopify, neither a system to automatically send survey requests when an order is placed.

Are you planning to add E-commerce integrations and auto survey requests anytime soon to the platform?

Good Day @Abdul!

We haven't planned any integrations to e-commerce systems. But we are always open to hear our customers ideas.

We checked the market some time ago and it seems there are already good integrations for such a usecase out there. Not sure if they work for you. For instance, systems that offers reviews for products that can integrate in shop systems.

But...

Our main usecase are testimonials. And they are a little bit different to product reviews.

Integration Wordpress: The only thing you can do here is a WP plugin to make the integration of the website code easier. And we do already offer this.

We are planning automations for next year. Here we are going to offer API webhooks and Zapier integration, too. With the help of this you can send out the survey form to new contacts automatically (and even send out email campaigns and emails based on the actions your client took).

@John: Hello! Great question, thanks for asking.

- could you clarify the use case difference between websites, team members, and sub accounts?

I would start from the beginning to explain it.

All limits in plans' description (unique visitors, websites, published testimonials, etc.) apply to your main (admin) account that you purchased and registered. Then it's up to you to decide how many limited items (published testimonials / websites / unique visitors) go to a specific sub-account.

1. Sub-accounts

A sub-account is an account of your business client / customer. Your admin account has access to sub-accounts your clients / customers, and you can manage them from your dashboard.

2. Websites

A website is a unique domain name (e.g. business.com) for which you want to collect testimonials and ratings.

Each website has its own 'space' in the dashboard, so we keep all data that belongs to different websites separately.

Your plan defines how many unique domains your admin account have in total. Then you assign a specific number to of websites your client (sub-account) according to their needs. So, you can give 1 website to 1 client (mybusiness.com), and 3 to another one (thecompany.com, course.thecompany.com, personalwebsite.com).

3. Team members

The number of team members is the number of unique emails (people) who have access to the admin account / sub-account. These are people who help you / your clients manage the whole process.

You and your sub-accounts (clients) can add as many team members as a general plan allows (5/10/25/unlimited).

We also plan to add the possibility to limit the access of team members to websites, so that a specific team member will be able to manage only assigned specific websites.

We count only a unique domain name as 1 single website (goodbusinesses.com). Of course, you can display testimonials/ratings on any page of this unique domain (/sales, /acmeco, /betaco, etc.).

Let's treat 1 website as 1 business (Acme Co.) for which you want to collect customer feedback (testimonials, video reviews, ratings).

In order connect this business with Trust, you need to register any domain name related to that business (e.g. acme.com), then copy its unique code (similar to Facebook Pixel or Google Analytics Tracking Code) and add it to all business websites themselves where you want to display customer reviews.

Hi,

1. I purchased two codes but when I log into my account, I am seeing econtracts as an add for $ 7 for each 10 contracts. Then I also see "Available purchased online contracts" label 10 written adjacent to it, now this is pretty confusing. So do I have 10 econtracts as part of my deal or not?

2. Also why do I need econtracts, do I need them to collect testimonials and reviews from everybody, if this is true than what is the use of 500 publishing testimonials and 500 rating responses per month. This is bit confusing, can you clarify?

Thank you!

@Community Member: Hello!

1. Yes, you have 10 eContracts for your needs as a part of your deal, when you run out of them, you'll be able to buy additional number of them. We also mentioned this in the deal highlights, as our Starter Plan doesn't have access to this feature at all. You can read more about how to use them here:

https://usetrust.io/helpdesk/sign-online-contract/

2. You don't need eContracts unless you need to sign a GDPR compliant agreement (legal document) with your customer / client. We added this feature to have a complete solution for those customers who require such contracts to avoid legal pitfalls.

However, all other customers are happy with a free consent checkbox that is a part of Trust's testimonial request forms. You can ask for a permission to show text / video testimonials publicly, or add any custom text you need.

When your reviewer ticks the box, we save the given consent with the date and time in your dashboard as long as you keep the testimonial itself (that means forever until you delete it).

You can either use eContracts (paid) / consent checkboxes (free), or remove them completely from your testimonial collection process - it's up to you. These features were only added as a way to keep your rights safe. So - no, you don't need them to collect testimonials and reviews from everybody.

3. (additional) Testimonials and Ratings are different tools.

You can collect unlimited text and video testimonials, but publish (display on websites) only X of them (according to your plan).

Ratings tool is in Beta now, you can ask us to give you a beta access or see the preview here:

https://usetrust.site/ratings/

It lets you collect a limted number of survey responses, but you can publish (display) all of them without limits.

Does it answer your questions?

What are the price of e-contracts for saasmantra customers..10 eContracts a Month on the business plan appears pretty miserly IMO, especially since it is not much more than ticking a box. (unless I am missing something) Effectively that means each customer has to pay an additional 0.70 cents each time permission is sought to post a review.

@Jay: Hello 🙂 Please keep in mind: consent checkboxes and eContracts are different things!

Consent checkboxes (ticking a box) are always free of charge, and we save the given consent with the date and time in your dashboard as long as you keep the testimonial itself (that means forever until you delete it).

eContracts are GDPR compliant contracts that you sign with a person / company. It's a legal document, and it's not needed in most cases unless your specific situation requires it. Please read this article to learn more about how to sign an eContract:
