Efficient Collaboration & Customization: My Experience Using Team-GPT

I have been using Team-GPT application for some time now and I have to say that this application has some really useful advantages for me. First of all, it loads very quickly. Moreover, collaborating with my team has become much easier thanks to the features available in this application. The "Public" mode is also very helpful because I can share information with others easily and quickly.

Furthermore, this application also has a dark and light mode that can be customized according to my needs. This helps me reduce eye strain when working for long periods of time. The variety of templates available is also quite extensive, making it easier for me to gain insights in creating other templates that I need. While using this application, there were no problems that significantly affect the application's performance. Although an error occurred yesterday, it was brief and did not affect my user experience.

However, there are some drawbacks that I think should still be taken into account. First, this application still needs a lot of development and has some features that are not yet available compared to other applications like Typingmind or ChatAbc. Second, this initial version is too simple (but over time, there will surely be development and improvement).

Overall, I am quite satisfied with my experience using the Team-GPT application. Although it has some shortcomings, this application is already quite stable and can meet my needs in using AI collaboratively with my team. I look forward to further development of this application ☺

1. About member role / restriction delete or edit (folder, prompt template).

2. Hide (blured) first & some important message on chat for member (important chat = build persona).

3. Hide some important prompt template.

4. Folder for prompt template.

@MEHER: Hi Meher, currently we don't have plans to translate the platform in other languages. But you are free to translate our prompts and save them as your own. The chat works well if you write to it in your language so that most important part works in every language.

I have a question:

1. Can I create 15 organizations if I have 15 codes?

2. How many organizations can I create?

@S. Fauzan: Hi there, you can create as many organizations as you want. Every new organization you create is a free organization with a limit of 2 people. By redeeming a code you add 10 seats to you organization.

So with 15 codes, you can upgrade 15 organizations to 10 seats. But also you can add multiple codes to one organization. If you redeem 2 codes in one organization you have 20 seats, if you redeem 3 you get 30 etc. So with 15 codes you get 150 seats, and you can distribute them as you want in multiples of 10 (e.g. One org with 50 seats and 10 orgs with 10 seats in each).

I have three pre-purchase questions:

1. Are you planning to add a plugin ecosystem to TeamGPT to allow access to different types of functionalities just like ChatGPT?

2. When are you going to add the option to upload our own document feature so that the AI answers based on our fed documents?

3. ChatABC already has both the above mentioned features plus they're offering a custom domain (CNAME) option. Also, they're offering a Lifetime Deal just like you, then why aren't you offering the same?

@Mohammed Wasim Akram: Hi Mohammed, thank you for your questions. Let's go one by one:

1. We are planning to add the plugins as in ChatGPT. We don't have a timeline for this yet, but the plan is to add all the latest developments into Team-GPT of course.

2. Again same as above. Our focus right now is mostly on adding collaborating features to Team-GPT. People mostly use us to learn and collaborate on threads so we want to focus primarily on our core competence for now and add value in this segment. This doesn't mean that we will stop adding other features but our focus is on this for the moment.

3. Again see the above, we are aware some of our competitors offer some of these things, but we also offer some things that they don't have. After all we have been working on the project for a month, and have achieved tremendous things in this time. Our plan is not to copy the competition but focus on what our clients and we believe is best for our product. In the end everyone is free to choose the tool that fits their needs best.

Hi!

Would it be possible to work with individual customers? For example, I would create an organization and then add customers. Can they then see each other or is there possibly a setting for this? Background is that we would like to provide ready prompts to our customers, but they should not see or communicate with the other customers.

My second question: can the saved prompts be hidden? So that they are not visible or callable in the chat? Of course they should also not be editable by others and you should not get access to the prompt itself as a customer or employee. It should only be executed when selected.

@Rob: Hey Rob, for one, I think you can already do this. You can just create Free Organizations, invite another person in the organization and share the prompts with them, all for free. If you need to have more organizations with more than 2 people in them you can a) buy a code for each of these organizations, b) reach out to me at [email protected] to hear about our B2B offering.

For two, the prompts are publicly shared for now, but we intend to have a privacy option like with chats soon.

Yes, I think point 2 would be easily doable via a pre-filled chat. The only restriction would then be that you could and would be allowed to use the prompt only as a start prompt. For me, this solution would be sufficient for now. What do you think?

@Viktor: Hi Viktor, we are working on adding "Sharing chats to select teammates only". When we add that we will add the ability to create private chats to Admins only as a part of that release.

We have a customer with ±100 employees. Is it possible we can have the 50 team members assigned to 1 Orgnization? This way we dont mind having 2 accounts.

There is mentioned that you will add Midjourney? is it possible to add that? since its first time i can see someone to add it outside discord.

@Chris: Hey Chris, yes, you can "stack" codes. This would mean you would buy the 5 Codes plan, then redeem the code 5 times in one organization and get 50 members in it. @Chris: Oh yes, apologies, yes it is on our roadmap. Our plan is to become a go-to place for using all types of AI. It is possible to add image-generating AI, we are looking into it now. Will it be Midjourney, DALL-E 2 or something else, we will know soon.

@Nikola: I know its possible add AI images but Its is a bit confusing to see Midjourney on the list since they dont have any API available, thats why i was wondering if you guys found out any magic solution to this :)

@Chris: there are unofficial Midjourney API Providers that we could potentially use. That is why we are still looking into it. If it's not secure and of good quality we will not add it now.

@Kevin: Yes, due to popular demand we have increased the number of people you can have in an organization. Now if you want to have 20 people in an org, you need to redeem 2 codes etc. There is no limit to how many you can redeem

2. Can a member use the prompt by only fill requirement "field" without revealing the exact prompt as i don't want members "steal" the exact prompt ?

5. Can we monitor the API usage for each member ?

6. Can we output all text at once (not output the by word stream like typing)

7. Can we only provide necessary prompt (hide the default prompt) ?

1. Yes, you can build your own prompts! On the right-hand side, next to 'Templates' click the + button.

2. No. Actually the prompt becomes the first message of the chat. This MUST be sent to ChatGPT, there is no other way.

3. As soon as OpenAI open the browsing capabilities as a part of the API, we will have them.

4. No plans for whitelabel for now.

5. Right now you can't but in the future you will be able to. You'll need to create separate API keys for each member.

6. If you output all text at once, you'll basically have to wait for 5-60 seconds before receiving a reply. The idea of seeing the stream of words is so that you can stop the model whenever you don't like what you see.

7. We will be adding an option for this!
