Strong support and great product

I was hesitant at first, but so glad I pulled the trigger on this. Tapdesk is the CRM I've been hunting out for years. Ich habe schon länger nach einer Alternative zu Pipedrive gesucht.

Tapdesk kann fast alles, was ich benötige. Nur auf die Pabbly, Integrately und webhook Integration muss ich noch etwas warten. Aber hier hat der Support es gleich in die todo Liste aufgenommen.

Ultimate CRM Experience with Tapdesk.

Thanks for bringing this product to SaasMantra.

I almost lost hope on CRM Softwares and did multiple zoom calls/calendar/ trial setups with various companies (wont name them) before I got to take a look at SaasMantra's website.

I own a digital agency and was actively looking for a CRM to manage Sales and Pipeline. We tested more than 5 CRMs before committing to this one . Either they were complicated to use/too stuffed up with features we didn't need. or were very immature.

This certainly is a gem and no complicated BS makes users fall in love with it.

This tool proves that CRM doesn't have to be underrated and complicated to use.

Lastly, The support team was warm enough to educate me about how to effectively use the tool and also considered my request to temporarily enable search access to look for leads.

@Carl: Tapdesk accounts are expected to be used by one team. So when you purchase a plan here, it will be activated for one subdomain. If you will like to use Tapdesk on two separate domains, you can purchase 2 Tier 1 plan instead of Tier 2 plan.

We previously processed requests to split a plan into multiple 2 or more accounts for the first set of users that purchased the deal. We are no longer accepting the special request.

We respect GDPR and your contact data remains private to you. We act as your Data Controller and all GDPR requirements applies to all contacts you add to Tapdesk. Please take a look at our Data Processing Agreement here => https://legal.tapdesk.io/data-processing-agreement/

Search uses public directory and publicly available data we get from crawling and indexing thousands of pages per day.

When you send emails, we do not brand it with Tapdesk. Your clients will only see your business name.

@Jasim: We allow unlimited domains for campaigns. So you can use different domains across different user accounts. Only thing is you are required to verify you own those domains before using them to prevent someone using a domain that doesn't belong to them to run campaigns on our platform.

If you add the domain, you will be able to manage it. Once you add and verify a domain in your workspace, any user in your workspace can add an email identity from that domain without verification.

Emails you can send are not limited daily. However, if you are using a native campaign that involves native clients like Gmail, Yahoo, etc, you will need to abide by limits of those email clients. For instance, Gmail has a limit of 500 per day and Tapdesk can't go above that limit. You can set the daily limit for a campaign yourself when sending a native campaign to avoid exhausting your email client limit completely.

To send direct email to your contacts, you can integrate Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, and iCloud. We also allow you to add a custom email server's IMAP and SMTP settings to be used for receiving and sending emails to clients directly from your workspace.

hummmm I stopped about halfway down the list and moved on... feels as though I be putting myself into a CRM system with a million dollar bill down the road.

maybe great, but as above I switched off after reading half one them sadly.

I can not see myself using a system that has a limit for every single thing,

@Sal: Hey Sal, thanks for considering Tapdesk. While I'm not a user of Uptics, I have checked out the product. I agree there is an overlap but huge difference as well.

Tapdesk is a full-fledged journey that is built around customer journey from prospecting to closure. It's an all-in-one platform for both sales and marketing. It also includes a calendar and scheduler feature for managing events and booking events with your clients.

We are also bringing Flows for automation and sequences in a few weeks. To put simply, Tapdesk does a lot more than Uptics.

After a quick test, I have a question. The "Business Search" feature lets you select business types like Airport, Bakery, Bank, Church, Dentist, etc., and perform the search. I want to search for Pharmaceutical companies, which I cannot do here. The "Individual Search" has a dropdown named "Category" with proper industry types - "Chemical / Pharmaceutical" is amongst them.

Why don't you allow us to search for businesses in the Chemical/Pharmaceutical industry? Unfortunately, the lack of this feature makes the product unusable for me.

Btw, the UI looks very nice.

@Zsolt: Thanks for checking out Tapdesk. For the categories in search, we create a new category when we index a large volume of that category to form a category. If a specific category is not available, you use the "All" category and provide include/exclude keywords to better refine your search.

@Hector: Flows feature allows you to create workflows and sequences to automate activities. For instance, you can create a flow (sequence) for when a new contact is added to send them an email, then another follow up after 2 days, and if they don't respond, add a note, create a task to call them and assign it to a team member.

You can schedule calls, events meetings using the scheduler and calendar.

You won't be able to dial calls though. We plan to develop this in the future.
