Perfect. Zen.

I have used several different CRM systems over the past years. For various reasons changed them, sometimes they lacked some functionality, but most often it was an excess of them, a feeling of constant fatigue and overwhelming during everyday use. Many CRMs enforce a separate db for Contacts and Organizations. Sometimes it is difficult to combine them in Leads, opportunities, clients. That's why I was still looking for a new CRM to manage Leads. I'm not looking for more. Tabdesk is perfect. Clean, enjoyable UI. Efficient at work. Ideal.

I have been looking for a HubSpot alternative

In one of my businesses, we use HubSpot - which I really like. However, it's very expensive. I thought I'd take the shot on Tapdesk and I'm pleasantly surprised!

First, I love the ability to generate leads through Tapdesk. It runs a search for me based on the criteria I set and Tapdesk can extract contact information. I export the phone numbers and enroll them into my calling campaigns.

Then, I can manage my pipelines, contacts, and campaigns with ease. Being able to add custom tags is a MUST for me. I track information that most CRMs don't allow for unless I can use custom tags. This feature is very important to me.

Overall, I'm very impressed with Tapdesk. I would encourage anyone who is looking for a CRM to try it.

Strong support and great product

I was hesitant at first, but so glad I pulled the trigger on this. Tapdesk is the CRM I've been hunting out for years. It has everything I need as a solopreneur and is already helping me convert potential customers. The team is quick to respond and have helped me resolve any issues I had during setup. In addition, please consider re-package the deal - all features in the product should be available on all codes, giving users a half product shouldn't be an option... just reduce the limits for the lower tiers.

I've looked around the website and I'm quite impressed. I got some more questions if I may, please take the time to answer fully:

1. Can you elaborate on the Ai automation and analytics features as well? what do they do?

2. I see the analytics is "coming soon", any ETA?

3. Do you support webhooks? I have leads incoming from a third-party form builder on my site that allows me to put a webhook URL for the receiving side in order to transfer the submitted data, do you have it? (or any other option I could connect the data from my form?)

4. similar to the above - is it possible to integrate with my email marketing platform (Encharge) and my outreach platform (Sales.Rocks)?

5. support SMTP - sending emails via my address?

6. is it possible to customize the sales pipeline stages (change their name, add more stages, etc.)?

7. could I customize and add data to the contacts like - lead rating, customer lifetime value, add special notes etc

8. Lead source - do I have this data here / could I add it? I'd like to check the segmentation later on to see from which channel I get the most leads, and which is the most profitable. Is it possible here?

9. Do you support Sun-Sat calendar? (where Sunday is the first week day)

10. Is it possible to use the tool in any language? if so, does it support RTL text (for Arabic, Hebrew)? starting from settings tasks to the design of the invoice.

11. If everything checks here, I go in with the highest tier so I would like to know a bit more about the company - please tell me, how long you guys exist? what's the current MRR? how many employees?

could we count on you to fulfill the roadmap, keep supporting the product and maintain the promise for the LTD users?

@Yan: Thanks for checking us out. Here are answers to your questions:

1. As stated earlier, automation lets you automate your typical workflows. For instance, if when you add a new contact, you send an email to them, then add reminder to call them in 2 days, then send an email to them 3 days later. If they reply, you assign it to one of your sales agent, create a new deal and create a task to check on deal process in 2 weeks. With flows, you can build an automation to do all these complex tasks and it will be triggered every time you add a new contact, you won't perform the actions manually.

We are expanding our AI tech to understand users and create automations for them. For instance, our beta users are getting suggestions based on their daily actions. Typically it learns your daily activities and see actions you perform frequently, then creates a flow based on that and suggests it to you. If you like it, you activate the suggested flow or you can discard it.

2. We are doing our best to launch features as soon as possible. We plan to launch analytics next year. At the moment, I can't provide an exact date.

3. We don't support web hooks at the moment. However, we are working on an API that you can use. We willl also launch Zapier and Pabbly Connect Integrations next year. We will also be launching a lead capture form feature that you can use on your website. Many options will be available to accomplish this.

4. Tapdesk has a native email marketing feature including an easy to use email editor. We do not integrate or plan to integrate with external email marketing tools. If you need assistance using it, our support team can help you out.

5. Yes, we support SMTP.

6. Yes you can customize your sales pipelines, edit stage names, and add new columns. When you create a pipeline, it creates it with our default template which has three simple stages. However, you can create your own template in Pipeline settings. Then select the template when creating a new pipeline and the pipeline will be created with that template instead of a default one. If you already created a pipeline with the default, you can simply edit the names and add more columns to meet your needs.

7. Yes we have both custom fields and custom tags. These are in contact settings, you can add custom fields for different data types, numbers, texts, dropdown, checkboxes, currencies, dates, etc.

8. We don't have a native data point for lead source, However, you can create a custom field for lead source and set it to the required value when importing the contacts to Tapdesk.

9. Yes. The default calendar view starts with Sunday and ends with Saturday. You can customize calendar from the calendar settings page in App center.

10. Tapdesk is only available in English (US), English (UK), and Spanish. We do not support Hebrew and Arabic at the moment.

11. We typically do not publicize our company financial details. We plan to fulfill our roadmaps and support the tool longterm. Tapdesk is a product of Ayulla Inc. We have been in business since 2018 and have experience building large scale products like this one. Tapdesk launched in 2020 and has met great success. I understand from experience, that LTD software go out of business when the founders are no longer able to support the product's financial cost. This will not be the case here as LTD customers make up less than 5% of our user base.

12, LTD customers will not get any new features. However, they will get all updates for all features included as part of our LTD offering. This means all the features like Flows will be available to LTD customer who purchase a plan with flows features. However, we have other feature outside the ones listed here that will not be included In any LTD plan.

Would like some clarifications on these:

3. So *currently*, there are no integrations which I will be able to connect to my leads form. Is that correct or did I got it wrong?

8. Ok. Assuming I add additional custom field for lead source, and add a custom field for lifetime value - is there an option to sort / filter, so I could check which source adds up to be most profitable?

10. Didn't mean the front end (the software itself) but about being able to write and add the inputs in my language. Usually it should be ok by default, but I ask this mainly because the invoice feature which I'd like to create in my language and have RTL text supported.

12. Regarding the updates - yes, makes sense. Regarding the features - what other features are planned that will not be included for the LTD users?

3. Yes, that is correct. If you need lead forms or early access to API, our team can add custom codes to your workspace that will achieve that. However, custom implementations are not included in our LTD offering. It's only available in our Enterprise Plan (which requires a minimum of 10 licenses).

8. We are adding a filter that you can use to achieve that. Currently, you can't sort or filter your contacts.

10. Most user input fields in Tapdesk will accept any language. However, I can't 100% assure you that it will display the data in RTL format. We have users that have said it does, I haven't confirmed this myself. Of course, you can use our 14-day free trial to evaluate the product and ensure it presents your data in the format you'd like. We will possibly bring RTL support soon as we have a significant number of users with Arabic as their primary language.

12. Unfortunately, I can't disclose that at the moment either. We typically only disclose upcoming features that we are very certain will be deployed to our users. Otherwise, we risk hyping up the hopes of our users and if we fail to deliver, it could be disappointing and may damage our business reputation.

It would be wise to improve this deal. We are early adopters and this product cant be better because I am assuming you focus on a certain niche of saas crm products which means that standing out in your field would be better if you improved limits or had us operate more than one business with each code. Being able to have a full functioning startup and doing all the technical work behind it does not equal having a practical sense on how to do business and it shows on the pricing of your product.

@Carl: Tapdesk accounts are expected to be used by one team. So when you purchase a plan here, it will be activated for one subdomain. If you will like to use Tapdesk on two separate domains, you can purchase 2 Tier 1 plan instead of Tier 2 plan.

We previously processed requests to split a plan into multiple 2 or more accounts for the first set of users that purchased the deal. We are no longer accepting the special request.

We respect GDPR and your contact data remains private to you. We act as your Data Controller and all GDPR requirements applies to all contacts you add to Tapdesk. Please take a look at our Data Processing Agreement here => https://legal.tapdesk.io/data-processing-agreement/

Search uses public directory and publicly available data we get from crawling and indexing thousands of pages per day.

When you send emails, we do not brand it with Tapdesk. Your clients will only see your business name.

@Jasim: We allow unlimited domains for campaigns. So you can use different domains across different user accounts. Only thing is you are required to verify you own those domains before using them to prevent someone using a domain that doesn't belong to them to run campaigns on our platform.

If you add the domain, you will be able to manage it. Once you add and verify a domain in your workspace, any user in your workspace can add an email identity from that domain without verification.

Emails you can send are not limited daily. However, if you are using a native campaign that involves native clients like Gmail, Yahoo, etc, you will need to abide by limits of those email clients. For instance, Gmail has a limit of 500 per day and Tapdesk can't go above that limit. You can set the daily limit for a campaign yourself when sending a native campaign to avoid exhausting your email client limit completely.

To send direct email to your contacts, you can integrate Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, and iCloud. We also allow you to add a custom email server's IMAP and SMTP settings to be used for receiving and sending emails to clients directly from your workspace.
