@Ben: Hello Ben, thanks for purchasing a LTD for Snapit Pro. It's no longer required to use your creditcard to sign-up on Snapit. You can just mail your couponcode and emailadres to [email protected] and we will upgrade your account manually to Snapit Pro. We have notified Saasmantra about this updated procedure a while ago, but I guess it's still not clear. The reason why users had to user their creditcard before, is because our paymentprovider Stripe does not support lifetime sibscriptions, nor do they support couponcodes on subscriptions. But as I said, we can now also manually upgrade your account.

Excellent alternative to Xnapper

@Bryan: Hi Brian, de Android version is out in the Playstore, but we will publish an important update next week. The iOS version is on Testflight, but not available in the Appstore yet. The in-app subscription function takes a bit more time and Apple is more critical than Google :)

Does the software only process one image at a time? I want to have multiple screenshot images to make something like this: https://prnt.sc/rRc3e3z-3tod

@Friday: Hi, thanks for your interest in Snapit. Right now Snapit captures one image at a time, so you can't create the example image. I will add this feature to our feature request list though.

The redemption process is only giving 1 year discount. Can you please confirm if this is for a year or LTD?

@Angie: Hello Angie, this is for a Lifetime deal. Our paymentprovider Stripe does not support lifetime deals, nor do they support discounts on onetime payments. For this reason you need to select our annual (or monthly) plan. The coupon will apply 100% discount, for ever. The annual plan will automatically renew each year, and you will receive a $0 invoice. For authentication reasons you also need to fill out your creditcard details at checkout again, but your card won't be charged.
