The support has been great too, although not instant. It is understandable considering the time differences we have.

I spent two days trying to get the app to work until I got tired of it. Not so much because of the bugs, but because the support team kept making lame excuses about why it was my fault, for example:
Conversations would close automatically after replying to them, to which support asked me if I had used the "send and close" function to which I replied that I had not.
Half an hour later they wrote me back saying that it was due to the synchronization of the app, which is impossible because it happened to me with the live chat and the forwarding of emails that does not synchronize with anything.
Also against at least 50 bugs that I reported, but I don't think it's a good buy.
