Love it so far!!

Updated Review:

Excellent tool for working with LinkedIn.

I have not yet had feedback regarding the companies that visit my site. We'll see

**************

I am really angry, I tried the trial version and before the 15 days expired I purchased a saas mantra code, I spoke with Christian about the assistance that reassured me that the monthly payment would be removed and that I should not have canceled the account to open a new one. Result I was charged $ 99 + vat and support is not liable for a refund. The bad thing is that by reading in the various forums other customers have had my problem. Sorry to have to talk about bureaucracy and not about a product that looks good for anything else. But if there is no assistance, the product is worth zero.

Strong tool with Great Results!

Updated Review:

The team have been responding to the issues I have found, and releasing some neat new features.

The results are still coming through really well, and I am looking forward to seeing where the team takes the product if they can keep up this rate of improvement.

There is a genuine promising core here with Salestools.

***********************************

I have managed to set up some prospecting automation and they are already showing results, such as adding a group and connecting to the members, it's working very well.

New Features are being rolled out which is promising.

On the other hand, there are just too many bugs, unhandled errors, and exceptions. I am still confused why it shows Voogy everywhere, there are quite a few unanswered questions on here too. Support and documentation are pretty patchy.

I want to give this a 4, or even a 5 star but until some core stability and help issues are resolved I can't do it.

Need of the hour to have a tool like this in your kitty!

I am not sure if anyone of you will have more questions than me using a new tool. I am not tech-savy or a sales person who'd have expertise in using the tool. Christian/Salestool customer support has been on point in helping - recording personalised videos from their end and sharing, messaging right back if I am stuck somewhere and with advices.

I came across Salestools through some google search and I thought to use the 15day trial. I am on my 14th day, today and buying it. If you plan to use Sales Navigator - this is a absolute must. Set drip campaigns with your target audience and see the magic. From spending 5h a day on LI I have started spending just 30 minutes at the end of the day collecting all data where my prospects replied through automation.

I am more inclined in using it for LI automation than driving website traffic. I'll use it eventually though as it seems promising.

@Ishan: How is the overall interface and automation stuff? I heard they dont have cusotmization in their emai? May be it is old news. Have they improved?
How is their customer service? Is it still bad as many people mentioend?

Capterra only have 2.4 star review for it. I wish to like the product for my cold emailing work but I am still skeptical.

Many people even mentioned that most of their integrations/features are buggy?

Can you please share?

My Salestools Experience

Hey I wanted to leave a review of my experience thus far with software. Like many people I am a bit skeptical using automation with LI not automation itself. I purchased the software awhile ago but just started using it.
before using I asked the owner tons of questions ranging from the "how to's" to the "but what about..." He has always replied in a timely mainer and explained with significant detail and encouraged any follow up questions.
I also believe that he/ salestools are at a stage that we can help shape the platform into what we like far as integrations and features that we would like to see with our feedback and suggestions.

So far I can say the system flat out works(almost intimidating I get the that's it feeling / nothing else for me to do?) If you are looking for automation for LI check it out. As far as using for any other platform it does not currently focus on anything other than LI but integrate with a few platforms and I am not sure about what they will add in the future. I rather Salestool to be great at 1 thing as opposed to Okay in a bunch of things. I will be testing the integration with Automizly and Salesflare soon but have not yet just want to do the due diligence myself and use everything in stages to make sure I do not mess things up through human error.

I think this software is worth giving it a shot. Suggest start off with one automation and monitor your account. I do plan on picking up additional codes as my account becomes more seasoned. The goal is to have multiple automations at one time via LI, CRM and Automizly. So picking up more codes will allow me more flexibility as the company grows.

I think avg user that does not plan on doing much 1 code will be just fine. Hope this help anyone on the fence and remember you have a refund period.

@Digital Marketing: Been using a few weeks now I have had no issues as yet with LI. I have not received any warnings or notifications. I also still have been using linked as I normal. The only thing I really do not do now is any manual connection request (because salestools does it for me) I do all of my other engagements as I did before.

A Good Deal for the Price — Impressive Tech With Room for Improvement

Honestly, I really like the software as a whole.

It has a nice interface & the combination of email and LinkedIn is an absolute game changer.

They allow you to automatically withdrawal connection requests which is absolutely critical for keeping your account safe.

So far, the team is super nice and you can even suggest new improvements in the feedback section of the software.

So overall, great stuff.

However, there is room for improvement here — just like any product.

Nothing that would keep me from recommending the software, but possibly things that keep it from absolutely dominating the LinkedIn automation space like it definitely could...

I have 5 main suggestions.

1. I personally would like a trigger for integrations for new connections, so that I can keep a list of everyone I’ve connected with in CRM & integrate with external outreach tools like dropcowboy.

2. Emails send after a connection request is sent, not after a connection request is accepted — this can throw a wrench in your outreach sequence if timing between emails and LinkedIn messages is important to you.

3. All messages should automatically pause after a prospect responds.

4. There should be a roadmap of some sort (the one posted here is out of date) — it doesn’t have to be exact or have exact dates, but having at least some idea of future improvements would be nice.

5. Being able to reply to prospects from the software would be extremely useful for agencies as LinkedIn’s inbox is cluttered.

Again, I love this tool. I just really want it to be the best it can be, & I really want to be transparent with the team and anyone who might buy it.

They are consistently updating the software & I think within a few months, it will be the only automation software anyone should use.

This is great value for the money & I’m happy with my investment.

Good day team,
your website tracker gather the IP address of the website visitors. But how is this compliant to the GDPR? An IP address is a personal information. What happen precisely with the IP address? It will be transfered to you server, which is located in the EU?! and then he'll check if the IP belongs to a company? If not, it will be deleted?

Does the website tracker store any cookies or beacons? At least in Germany, cookies are not allowed until the user give his explicit consent for this.

Thanks for your reply.

Hey Great question first of all your IP address is actually not your personal identifier, but we only identify companies so if we don't match a company when there is no data, so yes we are GDPR compliant :) No we don't use Cookies either...

We only identify companies so if we dont match a company there is no data at all. We are 100% GDPR compliant but also CCPA compliant as well.
No we don't use Cookies either
With that said, you can use Salestools without using the Website Tracking feature. Our website tracker is just one of many features we offer

I don't use the LinkedIn search query to find profile URLs, rather use a different workflow for identifying individual profile URLs. Wanted to check if salestools will work for the below scenario.

1, I manually visit the individual contact's LinkedIn profile and use the tool snov.io chrome extension to get the contact details (name, email, company, designation, location, profile URL) from the LinkedIn profile and automatically save it to a list within snov.io.

Is it possible to do the same using salestools?

2, If the above is not possible, is it possible to upload a list of individual LinkedIn profile links and get the contact information saved automatically in a list within salestools?

I have few questions

1) Can I use this tool for cold emailing?
2) Will they emails be sent by the salestools server or I need to setup gmail or SMTP account? ( If I use gmail or SMTP, the limits of my email provider will apply?)
3) Can I upload a CSV file and start sending email to them?
4) Is Linkedin Premium a must to make the most of this tool?
5) 3000contact/month means? Does it mean I can sent emails to 3000 unqiue emails per month and the limit reset each month? So I can send emails to another 3000 unqiue contacts?
6)If cold emailing is possible after I upload a CSV file, is it possible to run drip campaigns?
7)Can I get a refund after I redeem the code and would like to return it?

Thank you in advance.

2) You need your SMTP/IMAP
3) Yes you can upload a csv and use with Playbooks
4) You dont need premium but for anything related to linkedin we do recommend it
5) resets monthly :) we are very fair
6) same as in question 3 yes
7) there is 30 days full refund through SaaS Mantra not Salestools as they handle the deal.

Hope this clarified things

@Scott: There are 1 star, 2 star reviews on other deals too.

We constantly monitor all the reviews & questions.

Everything that adds value & are unbiased are never removed.

We have had instances where someone/competitors purchase the deal, drop a negative review & immediately refund after.

Or, when the review is not about the product but about the deal structure, no reply from the support for a few hours etc.

There is no point having them as it adds no value.

There have been 5 lamp/star reviews which should have been on the question section.

We delete them too.

Hope this answers your question!
