1. You copy your LinkedIn search url so super easy :) (so search on linkedin, we replicate your search at our end with the URL)

2. It works but we do recommend using a paid Linkedin plan - i can't answer your limits it depends on your activity on Linkedin today

3. We find the email from the linkedin search and can automatically contact through email sequences for you so you have an organized sales flow :)

1. Can I restrict automatic friend request on per day basis. I am thinking with free linked in account, it may be safe to send only few request on per day basis. Is this correct?

2. Also a contact needs to accept my friend request on linked in to receive a message, right? The tool is only helping with automation. But I assume that email finder and verifier works separately, please confirm if this is correct?

3. What details do I need to search and verify an email?

I was wondering if we add multiple sending emails if we can add 1000 emails a day to an account to send out emails too from say 40 different Gsuite accounts?

Also, how long is the deal going on because I'd like to run a test then get it for about 40 clients as well.

If SalesTools connects with my Linkedin account to do its tasks, and I connect to my computer, Linkedin will easily see I am connected from two different locations. Isn't that a signal to get my account flagged?

Sales tools will connect to a server close to my country, but what countries do you support (if I don't use a proxy)?

@Razvan Girmacea: Proxies are coming, at the moment we deploy a server in the nearest data send each time an automation runs, we had never had a customer having any issue hope that make sense. But we will do global including Romania etc with proxies assigned around the user city by automation soon.

Hi Jesper,

how does the tool know which visitor is connected to which linkedin account? Is it always 100% accurate as long as someone is logged in into LinkedIn in the background? I don't get how the tool identifies the visitors as linkedin users.

that is a very good question, so we track visitors to company names not Linkedin profiles and we offer automation to find the ideal people in the visiting companies on Linkedin, if we did what you explained respectfully we would charge $1K+ a month for that as that value would be out of this world. But this take most of the guess work out and automate and help you identify the majority of the 98% that does not convert.

1) If I have free, standard account at LinkedIn - what features of your system will be limited/unusable?
2) Lets say, that system will identify on my website an user, who is connected with me via LinkerIn and I have his email in your system. Can I send a message via email and via LinkedIn message?

1. Standard account my advice is if you using that account very little to do 10-20 connection request a day.

Your product looks and sounds great but as always, I do a thorough search for reviews of product LTDs I purchase.

Now I don't know the complete back story to all those reviews but there are a big majority of reviews that essentially state your customer support is horrendous. Then there are other reviews of claims of fraud/scam regarding unauthorized billing on their salestools account.

Then there are other reviews of bugs and messages being sent to prospects multiple times resulting in multiple dupe messages.

Can you respond to these reviews here and assure buyers that all issues have been resolved?

As a buyer of LTD's customer support is paramount for me. So I hope you have fixed at least that issue.

@Mike: Hey Mike, we are here to support our customers regarding reviews that has never been a focus for us rather support existing and active customers - but ofcourse if you want a refund and 5 customers have questions about their account we answer them first and they are active customers, to be honest. So billing questions has always been secondary and customers first. Any review you might find will be billing related i can assure you all actually got refunded and then write bad things are not fair and low etichs under us!
Also a fair large portion are fake from maybe a competitor or someone that got pissed once, who know, we dont.

So you read about sending multiple times like years back, we updated so much over the years that these are not issues existing.

We are doing an LTD as we want to engage and give back to the community and grow with our customers, we have a good customer pool today 1k+ but we wanted to challenge our self so here we are :)

@Frank: Hey frank we are growing the identification based on some different factors but one things is each time salestools users send an email and there is an open we capture depending on browser/device etc an ip and device ID, so if majority of customers are sending to SMB well then we are growing the there rapidly. Which one reason we are doing an LTD is to create a large network effect for all of us :) we are growing together

2. Device Data

So number 2 helps particularly in this case as we have the device identified on over 50M professionals today and when they visit from any location we know the company domains behind the visit based on the device.

I just picked up a couple of codes, I do not see anywhere to put in the second code once I am logged in.

My first code seems to be applied, it is saying SaaS Mantra Lifetime. But then something about 1500 credits and they resets on an invalid date. What are these credits, and why are there no credits mentioned on the deal page here? If credits are the contacts I am allowed, it should be 3000?

Also the subscription page doesn't tell me exactly what my plan is, eg. How many automations I have / have used - how many contacts I have / have used this month.

Standard stuff I would expect on a subscription page, so I know my limits and how much I spent already. Subscription page also tells me the deal is yearly.

@Kim: Hey Kim, so we are a bit different here we build a large subscription system for paying customers (paying monthly, quarterly and yearly) not for life, and that in the UI will not change as it is imply not important, that your account was set to 1,500 that is a logically explanation we decided 1 hours before the deal went live to move it from 1,500 to 3K per coupon that was after engineering when home so we are adjusted this today :)

On the other hand the rest we do offer and you can import CSV files. On you get free visitor tracking and social automation and email verifications as well with Salestools :)

I can't speak much about Snovio os Snon not sure their name as i never focus on our competitors but now that you ask this is my take on it:

They are years behind us in development so they dont offer you Visitor Tracking, safe way to collect lead from Linkedin they still run the old school plugins that linkedin can detect (that is not safe for the user) and no automation that runs your session like the way we do it etc :) So Salestools is 10x better in my opinion:) hope that made sense.

Also with Salestools you take one URL and we do all the magic for you, just one search to copy and we do connection request, linkedin messaging etc etc

Firstly those are very simply LinkedIn plugins that LinkedIn can track and get you into "LinkedIn Jail", we don't sit as an automation on LinkedIn so we basically run your session at our end and it can run while the computer is closed and we find emails of people you are not connected too etc. Also we give you email Sequences and visitor tracking so fundamentally a huge difference from automation and safety.
