@jim: Hi there, only 1 Payment Gateway is allowed per domain. You can purchase additional domains from us and get to the use case of course1 and course2 mentioned by you above.

We generally suggest to limit the video size under 10GB. Yes, you can add an iframe in the course under option "text and images". Hope this helps.

@Haman: hi so for tier 2 , it has 2 domains and 2 admins. So can each admin ( who have a separate domain in the tier 2) have their own payment provider? So money for domain 1 goes to admin 1 and money for domain 2 goes to admin 2 ?

Who is the team behind this platform? What is the financial strength of this creator? What is the security of the uploaded content? Any login control of 1-2 devices? Where to reach out for support?

@Jaya: Hi Jaya, thanks for your questions. ReviewNPrep is the team behind the platform. We have our own marketplace for content and this is our new line of product launched in early 2023 for LMS. We've been in existence since late 2020 and rapidly expanding our product offerings.

All content is stored securely on AWS cloud platform.

Can you elaborate more on login control of 1-2 devices? Instructors and users can login from any device of their choice.

@Haman: Hi There, I purchased tier 5 and tried to create a course. I do not see an option to upload video files for the course. The sale page here on saasmantra says hosting included. How do I add course files?

Also is there an option to control permission to users for logging in to the LMS from 1 to 2 devices only?

@Haman: Hi there, also I do not see any reference to the founder/creators and the team. So if you can elaborate on the team and their financial strength as last thing as a user I want to hear is that my data is not safe and system shut down. Thanks

@Jaya: I hope you were able to upload the course files, based on your email to us. It is the same option as video course. Response to your other questions - We have a team in the US and India. Regarding financial strength, we have a solid runway and do not foresee any shutdown. As mentioned in my last comment, your data is safe and in your control. You can delete any content data which eventually gets purged from our servers and storage.

Finally, we do not restrict users to login from 1 to 2 devices. If you provide us with a use case on how this might be helpful, we can prioritize this for our dev team..Hope this helps.
