Great Platform with A lot of Potential

I grabbed the deal since I know the importance of influencer marketing.

So far it made the process of searching for the influences very fast. I am able to use filters and also provides contact information for them.

I also love their dedicated influencer database (it's an exclusive database).

Influencers at your fingertips!

Very easy to use. Feels like Faceboook ads + Upwork for Influencers.

Just choose your content type, set targeting, fill up the description, and it'll start showing you some useful metrics like reach.

After that, you're done. Just wait for influencers to apply and choose the most suitable one. Saves me a lot of time.

Cons:

Even though they have 4m influencers, they don't have a lot in smaller countries like SG. So if you're in a smaller country, take a free trial first.

Otherwise this is a sweet deal. Grab it!

A solid value for money deal with many features and influencers. UX is OK but not perfect

Disclaimer: I received a LTD code worth $49 in return of the time I have used to make this review. The team behind Public Fast and SaaS Mantra have not in any way tried to impact this review in any direction

Overall, I like and recommend this tool. It has been around for 6-7 years, seems to stay in business, and have a lot of features, and a database of 3,5 – 4 M influencers. While I’m positive about the number of features, and the size of the influencer database, I will suggest the team to work on a more logic UX. While the UX is ok, it can sometimes be confusing why some features is only available under ‘Discovery mode’, or a specific campaign type. It is not very clear when to use ‘Discovery mode’ or a specific campaign type, when you start looking for an influencer.

From the blog behind the tool, and ongoing updates, you can see the team behind Publicfast knows the industry and have a plan for the future. That being said, I would love to have access to a public roadmap.

While the tool is mature and ready to use from day one, I would love to see an option to read written reviews for each influencer, and more clear ways to pay the influencer based on performance. At the moment it is hard to understand if the platform or the influencer set the price and how exactly it is done?

As for the pricing point, we set the price of the influencers based on their reach, a score of influence and region, once influencer joined the platform we calculate it, but they can change it based on the task they have.

Your account is active from the date you bought the deal and activated the codes, both of them once you message them to us on 06.04.2020.

To make a refund is your right, and I said that we couldn't provide a refund at the Publicfast platform as you bought it here, at Saas Mantra, so you need to send the request here.

@gianni: no, what we are working on is a software to manage your campaign as the advertiser, for example:

you run a campaign with influencers and you running a campaign at Publicfast + you agreed to collaborate with some other influencer outside of the platform. So you will have the option to add detail about that influencers to the platfrom and will have full information about your campaign in one place.

Talent Agency is also coming, as we are working with a couple of agencies who have each over 100 talents under management.

hi. if i search for influencers and build a list with keywords, i can save it in Publicfast and keep and export it. but if I do a new search with the same parameters,

1- the influencers already found are not taken into account in the new research?

2-if I have a quota of 300 / month and I save the list the first month, then I redo the same research the following month and save the next 300 influencers in the same list?

Hi, as i see 4M influencers and 3,5M instagram , are they in the 4M or plus the 4m?

for discovery;

1-can we search in all types socials account in same time, not switching from fcb, next switch to twt..? because if its only email, we will need search manually and become a pain.

Right now, the total amount we have 4M in the database and 3,5M of them are on Instagram.

Early next week, we will increase this number to 7M.

1) At the moment, we have a search across each social network. But in the future. We plan to combine searches.

In the marketplace, you can run the campaign across several social media at once.

2) Yep, you can download it in CVS, with email, name, number of subs, and all other data.

3) Sure, we are working on this, and it will be available in early July.

Hi Publicfast,

1. Ten percent service off what? Means if I create a campaign to pay $ 100 to influencer, this 10% gets added on top of it apart from payment processing fees for Stripe and others.

Is it influencer discovery or outreach is included as well?

2. I don't understand 300 emails per month. Does it means I can contact influencer directly. Don't you provide any escrow facility so that if I pay influencer I shouldn't experience any fraud.

3. Will I get life time updates to new features including database additions and integrations. What is 2 Mn Business emails, whose emails of influencers? What is the use case for it?

4. Can I run a campaign based on offering product or services to influencer instead of cash fee. Your website contact us page doesn't work, so where are you based and how many full time or part time employees are working on this product. How old is your company means years of business operations.

1) The 10% fee is Platfrom fee to cover transactions from you, as a client to influencers

2) For now, at the Discovery platform, you can find and save 300 emails/influencers per month. We are working to bring you more analytics about influencers and their audience. So you will have this data in the next 2-3 months.

3) With LTD, you will have all the new features and increasing Databases in the future. 2mn are influencers' emails. In the use case, you can find influencers you want to collaborate with and export their contacts and invite them to collaborate with you. But we are working to bring you a Public page for the campaign at Publicfast ( it will be live in the next two weeks ) and invite those influencers to work with you for some particular campaign and manage all the processes at Publicfast.

4) Yes, you can run this type of the campaign, we name it Review campaign, to create it, just start creating Public or With influencers selection campaign, and inside you will find the Checkbox for review campaign.

Publicfast is operating on the market since October 2014.

1. How is this product compared to others like "intellifluence" in similar category. Can I expect you to offer similar features down the line?

2. So when we speak about 10% platform fee, do you offer an escrow account, for example lets say if I pay influencer $ 100 for a promotional campaign, what is the gurantee that I will get results or at-least my work will be done. Is there an escrow feature or do you plan to introduce one, also is 10% fee on this $ 100, that means platform receives $ 10 and influencer receive $ 90. Have I understood it correctly?

2. I understand discovery part, but what about outreach part of platform, the email addresses you are talking about are contact addresses of influencers or what? Also can I expect these influencers to spread across all social platforms or not?

3. So your core development team is based in which country and if business is operational from 2014, then what is business goal of launching an LTD after 6 years. Kindly advice.

1. I can spend hours telling the difference between us and other platforms. @Vitalii: Thanks, I will go ahead and buy the deal. Few suggestions

1. For outreach please ensure that a user is able to export using CSV format, I don't have Mailshake, Snov.io but I use SendFox for sending emails. If I have CSV I can collaborate on outreach with tool of my choice.

2. I think Intellifluence is a good product in this category, so try to match their features.

3. As I understand 10% fee will apply if I do transaction inside your platform with security of escrow system but if I export email and collaborate with influencer outside your platform, then 10% doesn't apply since I have used it only for discovery purposes (although I loose security of escrow account in this case). Correct?
