I watched the webinar - forgive me if I missed this:
1. Are there plans to pull the invoices from Xero at all? I don't fancy rekeying invoices twice;
2. How many credits for telephone chasing do we get?
3. Are the credits recurring monthly or one time only?
4. What is the cost for topping up the telephone chasing credits please?
5. What's the GDPR plan for 2021 after the UK leaves the EU?
Lots of potential here, particularly for UK businesses, despite our leaving the EU in December.
Very interested to hear more about how your debt management service will integrate once you have FCA clearance?
My small business has lots of small restaurants, letting agencies and the like and I would love to hear how you intend to help me collect and at what price?

I have a few questions, i have watched the webinar and looked your site, but i'm still slightly confused on the proposition and would also be looking to use with freeagent.
1) The main free apart of this service is just scheduling email reminders? Why not just use freeagents overdue feature that does the same thing? Help me understand the difference? and will paperwrk be anymore time consuming that just using the remind feature in freeagent?
2) When you connect freeagent, you say you can auto pull through invoices, but you only want to pull through a particualr invoice that is over due, so would you click the connect button on the paperwrk end of the freeagent end once connected to choose what invoice you want to pull through to paperwrk?
3) Client Credit Score check (UK and European companies) - can this be used whenever you choose?
4) Free "Letter Before Action" - what is this?
5) 9 Customized Email Message Alerts (per code) - so you can customise up to 9 email reminders to clients with particular time intervals that can be used on unlimited clients is this correct? Also how will this work when unlimited businesses feature is completed on the roadmap with only 9 email reminders?
6) 12 Chasr Credits included - what does this actually involve, are clients called and chased until there is an outcome, or do chasr's just call once weather there is an answer or not?
7) Invoice Insurance (UK and some EU countries) - Please elaborate on service details with a user case and this is free as part of the deal?
8) whats the difference between - "Free Legal Support Service, when Letter before Action is supplied" and "Free Legal Support covers a 30 min consultation with a lawyer' ? And what are the rough costs after this? is it just a door way in to sell more services?
9) Future updates & integrations are included - it doesnt state out of the 3 packages on your site the future updates apply to?

I have just watched the webinar and you mention around the 1-hour mark about using it for multiple businesses I've checked the roadmap and it doesn't appear to listed and this would make this a total no brainer for me if I can use it to generate invoices for multiple businesses

I don't understand this. It reads like you have to send invoices to the client and the tool scores the client regarding to his paying behavior. But how can I decide to work with a client (or not) if he's already a client? I don't get this. Please advise if you provide a scoring method for brand new potential clients/leads.
4) Can I add custom fields to an created invoice (in case #1 is positive)? In some cases, I need to remove the VAT and put an legal note on the invoice. Is this possible?

What do you get from stacking codes: "And you can stack up to 5 deals per account."? Maybe you should update the description now that the deal terms have been changed, it's a bit confusing with the new deal and the old description. I purchased 2 codes, but im not sure what that gets me. Best regards Peter

I am slightly confused, the description states 120 invoices per year but the summary states unlimited. Which one is it? What are the benefits of stacking if we do indeed get unlimited invocies?

Why such a low number of invoices per year? 12 invoices per month is really low even with 2 codes ... I am guessing this is targeted to very small businesses, am I Right? I am not a big company but a majority of my clients are on a subscription base and I am using XERO to send about 12 invoices per week. Even though your service is appealing, but unless I am missing something the very low number of invoices which makes this an easy pass.

1. When you mention 220 countries, can you share the list? Also will system automatically inform about tax calculation and components like GST/HST for a particular country
2. Your website mentions you as member of natwest accelerator program but when I try to check that link, it doesn't work. Why is that?
