I watched the webinar - forgive me if I missed this:

1. Are there plans to pull the invoices from Xero at all? I don't fancy rekeying invoices twice;

2. How many credits for telephone chasing do we get?

3. Are the credits recurring monthly or one time only?

4. What is the cost for topping up the telephone chasing credits please?

5. What's the GDPR plan for 2021 after the UK leaves the EU?

Lots of potential here, particularly for UK businesses, despite our leaving the EU in December.

Very interested to hear more about how your debt management service will integrate once you have FCA clearance?

My small business has lots of small restaurants, letting agencies and the like and I would love to hear how you intend to help me collect and at what price?

1. Yes, currently available in the platform right now of you use Xero.

2. 12 per month

3. All Telephone chasing credits are monthly; all invoice credits are unlimited.

4. This is dependent on the number of Chasr Credits you need - but a yearly account of 144 Credits is £199 p/a

5. We adhere to the standard GDPR ruling which UK follows and I understand this is not changing under Brexit as the country is not planning to change this policy or legal ruling on the approach to how GDPR is implemented.

We only charge on the invoice credits you use - so for your businesses its based on volume for the SaaSMantra deal. There are no further fees we take from the value of the invoice unlike other providers.

@Iltaph: No, since we are a UK entity all data is housed on AWS servers in London and our Data Controller is a UK citizen. We do not plan to house data outside of the UK at this time, so therefore we won't need a EU Data Controller.

Hi,

I have a few questions, i have watched the webinar and looked your site, but i'm still slightly confused on the proposition and would also be looking to use with freeagent.

1) The main free apart of this service is just scheduling email reminders? Why not just use freeagents overdue feature that does the same thing? Help me understand the difference? and will paperwrk be anymore time consuming that just using the remind feature in freeagent?

2) When you connect freeagent, you say you can auto pull through invoices, but you only want to pull through a particualr invoice that is over due, so would you click the connect button on the paperwrk end of the freeagent end once connected to choose what invoice you want to pull through to paperwrk?

3) Client Credit Score check (UK and European companies) - can this be used whenever you choose?

4) Free "Letter Before Action" - what is this?

5) 9 Customized Email Message Alerts (per code) - so you can customise up to 9 email reminders to clients with particular time intervals that can be used on unlimited clients is this correct? Also how will this work when unlimited businesses feature is completed on the roadmap with only 9 email reminders?

6) 12 Chasr Credits included - what does this actually involve, are clients called and chased until there is an outcome, or do chasr's just call once weather there is an answer or not?

7) Invoice Insurance (UK and some EU countries) - Please elaborate on service details with a user case and this is free as part of the deal?

8) whats the difference between - "Free Legal Support Service, when Letter before Action is supplied" and "Free Legal Support covers a 30 min consultation with a lawyer' ? And what are the rough costs after this? is it just a door way in to sell more services?

9) Future updates & integrations are included - it doesnt state out of the 3 packages on your site the future updates apply to?

@Donald: On reflection of SaasMantra and Paperwrk as companies how can questions be unanswered 6 days later if you both want to create good reputation for your businesses? I find it quite staggering, as other competitor sites that offer saas products at discounted prices, the questions are answered within hours which might be why they have become so popular. @G: Really sorry but we do not get a message on your query and this has gone unnoticed.

1. FreeAgent provides some basic messages but does not provide fully customized messages from the start, and neither does it provide the legal services or credit scoring.

2. All invoices are dynamically pulled - you cannot select individual invoices for chasing.

3. Yes. You can choose which companies you want to check.

4. Normally a Letter before Action is sent when all attempts to recover payment have failed, and its a legal letter informing the customer you will be taking them to court. Normally a lawyer will charge £10-20 for this service.

5. You have 9 messages sent per invoice chased. Therefore, you can send as many invoices in a year as you wish, and we will send up to 9 message each time.

6. This is a personal service so for those difficult clients, you need a call from our team to chase. Paperwrk still sends a digital reminder, but sometimes the additional phone call is needed. These Chasr Credits are on top of the invoice credits.

7. You can opt to take out invoice insurance PER invoice but this is an additional fee and based on risk; the invoice value; and time you have remaining on the invoice before it it due (ie 30 days before it is payable). We do not set this fee - this is done via a FCA regulated partner.

8. When we issue the LBA you then have a free chat with our legal partner - they can give you advice on what are your rights and next steps. There is no obligation to use them further than this 30-min call, or you can choose to just pursue any outstanding amount yourself. However, if you choose to use the lawyer, they offer a discounted rate as part of our partnership.

@Neil: Thanks for your detailed reply, I still have a couple of questions regarding previous questions. 2) If 95% of my clients are fine at paying, can I just manually upload invoices to your platform that I have exported from freeagent, so I don't need to put all my invoices through your system? 4) the letter before action, this is a template that can be used for all your clients that do not pay? thanks

@G: Yes. You can choose to manually add invoices to the platform but in the future, we're looking at adding this feature where you can choose which clients to "ignore" as they are good payers, and those you need to automatically chase.

As for the LBA, yes it is a legal letter template and only is triggered for those that have failed to settle within +45 days or longer past the due date.

I don't understand this. It reads like you have to send invoices to the client and the tool scores the client regarding to his paying behavior. But how can I decide to work with a client (or not) if he's already a client? I don't get this. Please advise if you provide a scoring method for brand new potential clients/leads.

4) Can I add custom fields to an created invoice (in case #1 is positive)? In some cases, I need to remove the VAT and put an legal note on the invoice. Is this possible?

@Matthias: first, you’ll need a different software to generate the invoices or manually create them. Paperwrk Chasr does not do this.

Chasr Credits are simple the number of invoices you can chase each year on the plan. We do not take any fees or % from the invoice value like other platforms do.

The Credit Score gives you a value but it’s up to you to decide whether to look at invoice protection or ways to prevent your invoice from being unpaid or whether you are happy to send the invoice directly and risk non payment. We simple provide the scoring to help you make this decision. We only provide scoring for companies registered and for new businesses, this might mean the score has no data yet.

As for your last comment. Whatever tool you use to create the invoice is the way you’d add or remove these elements to the document.

Hi

Why such a low number of invoices per year? 12 invoices per month is really low even with 2 codes ... I am guessing this is targeted to very small businesses, am I Right? I am not a big company but a majority of my clients are on a subscription base and I am using XERO to send about 12 invoices per week. Even though your service is appealing, but unless I am missing something the very low number of invoices which makes this an easy pass.
