Also, I stacked 10 codes, but have an issue with my account. It only lets me install 1 app with 1000 active users, any more apps installed it starts a trial and wants me to subscribe to a plan. Please assist.

Hi

Can you please let us know if Helppier will work with 100% client side rendered (CSR - i.e. serverless) single-page applications (SPA).
I can see that there is support for dynamic URLs and ability to exclude parts of the URL, but can't see anything in helpfiles about the challenges of handling of dynamic UI components in CSR SPAs, as there are specific issues associated with session and components accessed using JS code snippets via GTM on CSR SPAs, are these addressed?

1. What is meaning of NPS answers per month?

2. What do you mean by published guide, is it like user manual but can't I build it in other tools like even Microsoft Word. Also by languages, you mean user manual will be translated in a particular language or what?

3. I don't understand meaning of action and triggers and segmentation in context of this tool. Are you referring to mouse click and show casing a particular step but then what is the purpose of one code in absence of this basic functionality?

4. I don't have Canva, so can I import other images inside tool?

5. I have integrated multiple Saas applications on my WordPress site, so can I use this tool for user who login to a dashboard. Is it possible?

6. Is it JavaScript based solution?

1. We allow you to get feedback from users using our NPS templates - you can access the answers given by your users on the dashboard. This is limited depending on the coupons.

2. You can publish Helppier guides (tours, tooltips, popups, videos, etc) on your domain. They are interactive user guides that work on top of a website/platform guiding users - not like traditional manuals like Word and FAQ documents.

3. Actions allow moving users to a specific URL/area of your domain when following a user guide. Segmentation is to trigger emails on specific users based on (gender, location, type of user, etc) - these are both advanced features.

4. Canva is a free tool you can quickly fetch beautiful images from there using Helppier. You can also upload your own images.

5 - Helppier can be installed on any web platform (HTML) that you have access to its code. You can add Helppier to your WordPress site using the code snippet, chrome extension, or even via Google Tag Manager. - For the wp-admin dashboard area, you won't be able to use Helppier.

6 - Yes.

Question about the full stacking option? It says unlimited websites with 25 team members per app/website.

So that will be for each and every website? Thinking of this as an agency model if I sell it to my clients.

Each client will have the option to have 25 team members from their side. And I can have unlimited clients, is that correct?

Hello,

The system of MAUs / Website and step guides is very problematic as soon as you start or expect to have traffic.

1 - Would it be possible to spread all MAUs on one website instead of 15 ?
2 - The fact that you can have 10 published guides/messages / 10 step guides makes the use quite limited. Wouldn't it be possible to update and have Unlimited Guides and Unlimited Steps as on your normal plan ?

I'm not against stacking more code but it seems to me that this is a necessary evolution to be able to use the solution.

Do you think this is possible?

Need some clarity on how MAUs work. Suppose i redeem one code and get 1000 MAUs for one website.In first month I get 800 users for my newly launched website and everyone get the guides. In second month i get new 800 new registered users how many people will get the guides assuming we have 500 active users from the first month? 800 or 200?.
