Say Hello to FullSession

FullSession is an innovative visitor tracking platform that allows you to understand how your customers are interacting with your website, analyze important data, and create meaningful customer experiences.

PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS

  • Improve your CX with behavioral analytics
  • Alternative to: FullStory
  • Session Recording, Interactive Heatmaps & Customer Feedback
  • Best Suited for: Web Designers, Marketers, UI/UX Designers, Product Managers

Start with adding the Full Session snippet to your website header, directly or via Google Tag Manager,  and verify your website (Don’t worry! It should only take a couple of minutes…)

Create Segments using advanced filters like Email Id, Browser, OS, IP address, Clicked Text (coming soon), Referral URL, etc. to view the activity of your website visitors as multiple groups.

From the Sessions list on your Segment dashboard, you can check any of the Session replays including the average time on-page, total time on pages, clicks, moves & scrolls

With FullSession, you can easily skip the inactivity, scroll the timeline of sessions (of both online users and previously visited users) to spot pain points, bugs & issues.

From the Insights tab, you can understand the user engagement and check KPIs such as % of sessions on Mobile Devices, Average Page Load Speed, etc. This also includes negative metrics like Dead Clicks, Error Clicks & Top Rage Click pages

View interactive heat maps for a specific period and know the clicks, visits, scrolls, etc. happened in multiple devices (Mobile/Desktop/Tablet)

With real-time heat maps, you can monitor the performance of every page in your website, understand the UX complexity and find out the elements that attract attention of your users

Create feedback widgets to get real-time incoming feedback. You can pretty much modify the appearance, position on page, reactions style(emojis), questions/information you want to ask your users

Select the devices and pages from which you should collect feedback and set if responses should be forwarded to an email address

Watch the responses from your customers (for each page & by custom user segments) by clicking on a specific widget and check out the session recordings of people who provide low feedback (NPS) scores

A typical Full Session customer pays around $470 annually to avail its Basic plan with 3,000 monthly sessions

Now, you can get the same plan with 10,000 monthly sessions and 2 Team Members on a lifetime deal for just $39 (one-time payment)

Have a few queries about this product:

1. Is there an "Advanced Filtering" option for the recorded sessions?

Example Use Case: Filter by country, or even by city to see the popular item they clicked on.

2. Are there "Time to First Action" and "First Action" tracking?

Example Use Case: To see which part of the site gets the most attention, and how fast it gets the viewer's attention (click, long mouse-over, etc).

3. Can we customize feedback based on the "hottest area" in the page?

Example Use Case: If I have an area in my site taking about security services, web hosting, digital consultation, and a guest's "hottest area" security services (based on clicks, mouse-over, etc), then can a feedback be customized to say "What do you think of our security services? Would you like to know more about this?"?

For now, that's it. Thanks in advance.

@shopaholic: Thanks for asking, currently, the number of sessions is set on the account level. However, we will consider distributing the sessions among different domains based on our customer preferences in the upcoming app releases.

Please consider a larger package. I have bought many deals on various market place and 200,000 monthly sessions is very limiting.

Is there also a limit on number of viewers/visitors?

@Community Member: Thank you for your questions

1. The user experience won't get affected by any means if you reach your account number of session limit/month. We just pause recording new sessions and resume that on the beginning of the next monthly cycle.

2. you get unlimited websites per accounts. There will be just number of sessions limit per account per month

3. we currently provide insights regarding user digital experience key indicators such as site performance, customer segmentation, identifying pain points in your site such as dead clicks, rage and error events, season replay and feedback widget tool to enable you to collect valuable feedback regarding specific information directly from your user. We are GDPR and CCPA compliant.

4. you can easily integrate Fullsession with word press, Shopify and any other web application

Please feel free to contact as for any other questions at [email protected] or our chat app in our website www.Fullsession.io

@Youhong: Thanks for your question. You can have unlimited number websites (domains) for Tier 1. Also, the obtained analytics from fullsession on the recorded sessions can be filtered by domain to avoid mixing insights on sessions from multiple domains.

@Felipe: Hi Felipe, thanks for your interest in Fullsession. Hotjar does not offer comprehensive analytics and doesn't offer feedback widget that can be tied back to session replays. In fullsession, we also provide user segmentation and shopify integration, whereas Hotjar does not.
