Justified for the price

I got tier one and got the best service the founder is managing the show powerfully. As it is just the start it surely needs improvements but form all my buying LTD for 2-3 years I know it is all about the founder and if he manages and improves the product. They have a good roadmap and with people's support, I think this can be better than other competitors, especially for this price tag. A few improvements I have asked the founder and he is working. Rest it looks workable and with time will get better.

1. We are based out of India

2. We have been building this for almost 3 years now

3. It's effectively two person. Even though the team is big we cannot put all resources in Formester untill we become MRR wise sustainable.

4. Yes we do have a roadmap. It'll be shared by Saasmantra shortly. And definitely MRR is what we look forward to. We are doing a few LTDs to get that early feedback and validation.

Do you have Malaysian ebanking payment gateways?

@Mike: we have stripe integration for now as it supports a greater number of currency.

Is there any way to integrate it with pabbly or integrately? I see it does not support webhooks.

@David: We are working on webhooks and it's going to be live probably by first week of February.

Zapier alternative is in plans, we'll figure out which one would be the best and integrate that.

👋 Hey Ankit.

Formester looks good, and I'm interested in Tier 5. A couple of questions:

1. For the White-Label. Can we hide Formester logos and replace them with our own logo in the user dashboard / panel?

2. Do you plan to include unlimited custom domains for Tier 5 in the future?

3. Does Tier 5 have agency features? -Can we assign clients / users to a specific folder, and they can create forms themselves in that folder?

4. For the email notification. Is it only through SMTP, or can we use DNS verification (DKIM) too?

5. How many SMTP accounts can we connect in one Formester account?

1. From the dashboard it's not possible but we will love to hear your use case and build it. We thought about it but couldn't find much value in that to start with so we have deferred it.

2. Unlimited custom domains for the business plan may come down the road as more of our request that and once it comes it will be available for tier 5 as well.

3. We have not implemented that at the folder level but yes you can create a form >> invite them and they will be able to then use it. You invite people at form level so they only have access to those forms.

4. Only through SMPT for now. We may add sending emails through domain verification but that will be available at some extra cost I assume.

5. No limits on the number of smpt accounts you can connect.

1. It's just a question of how flexible the WL. I don't have any specific use cases in mind. I think you are right to defer it.

2-3. I'm looking forward to unlimited custom domains and the folder level collaboration. I haven't seen these features in any other form SaaS, or these features are very rare. It would help and attract many agencies and teams even in your MRR model in the future.

Can you confirm that when the folder level collaboration is available, Tier 5 would get it too?
