five-review   1 Reviews

You have got an awesome website with a lot of traffic. But, 9 out of 10 visitors are not buying from your website.

Do you know why?

You don’t have a traffic problem. You have a conversion problem.

In 2020, with so much competition around, it’s super important for you to understand what your visitors are looking for (vs) what you’re offering & how you’re presenting it to them.

With FigPii, you can get all the data you want from your visitors.

FigPii is an all-in-one CRO tool that helps you visualize your user activity, records your user behavior, & run A/B tests.

Why FigPii?

  • Unlimited heatmaps, recordings, A/B tests & polls to collect user feedback
  • Detailed analytics about your visitors & experiments
  • Unlimited users to bring your whole team together
  • Best suited for Web Designers, Developers, Website Owners, Marketers & Digital Agencies

Getting started with FigPii is really easy.

  1. Once you’ve added & verified your website, you will be seeing a list of tools to get started with
  2. You could create a heatmap (or) watch a recording (or) run a new A/B experiment (or) start a poll to collect user feedback
  3. You can also define the pages & devices to be included & excluded for each of your split testing experiment

Let’s take a quick look at some of the top features for each of the tools:

A/B testing

With FigPii, You can run experiments for the entire website (or) target only the pages where you want.

  • AB / Split URL - You can add the variation for a single page, or run the experiment by splitting the traffic between multiple pages

  • Track Revenue for Each Version - FigPii will show you how much money each version is generating for your site

  • Define the Traffic - You can define to run the experiment for visitors from a certain traffic source (or) for everyone

Heatmaps:

Unlike the most heatmap tools out there, you can define the number of views for each of the heatmap generated with FigPii.

  • Page Targeting - You can create a heatmap for a particular page or for multiple pages (best fit for funnels)

  • Device Tracking - You can generate the heatmap for Mobile/Desktop/Both. This comes in handy for Designers & Developers

  • You can pause/resume every single heatmap generated. This works great when you run a lead generation campaign & you had to pause the campaign

Recordings:

Similar to the heatmaps, you can define the number of sessions you want to record for your campaigns.

  • Record what you want - You can record the sessions only if they are longer than 30 seconds (or) only if there is any activity (or) both

  • Filter 'em out - Don’t have enough time to watch all the recordings? Choose the best filters for your needs from the huge list, and watch only what you want to see

There are a lot more features that we can write on, all day. But, we want you to start exploring FigPii by yourself.

FigPii customers are paying $79/mo for 1 website, and 50K visitors per month.

But, not today!

Today, you can get complete access to all the features of FigPii, 2 websites & 50,000 Unique Visitors for each of them for $99/lifetime.

Plus, there is no branding and you get 2 months of data history.

FigPii has a very solid roadmap ahead. And, it is included as a part of this deal ( Public roadmap )

There are hundreds, if not thousands (or hundreds of thousands) of websites similar to yours that are selling products & services.

And, with FigPii on your side, you will convert your visitors to customers, so they never get to go to your competitors.

P.S Join us for the Free Webinar & Walkthrough of FigPii, with the Founder on the 4th of Feb, at 10 am EST.

A combination of Capturly, Zigpoll, and Splithero

Gave this a try and at first, I was hesitant regarding the 1 website per code, but since they allow it to be swapped this is a no-brainer. I've been using Capturly and Figpii offers the heatmap and recordings they provide but adds in A/B testing and Polls similar to features from splithero and zigpoll.

The setup was easy and so far I am impressed with the extra options compared to capturly like only record sessions of 30 seconds or longer. The one big difference, with Figpii you specifically setup and target the pages you want to record and heatmap, with Capturly it does all by default. The Capturly method is better I think for seeing the full user journey, but I will see how Figpii works as I use it more.

Worth a buy, good deal with the exception of 1 code per website, but since you can delete and re-use, I say get a few.

I bought, redeemed code (I see "Lifetime Small Pie" in Account). FigPii looks great, very quick dashboard. Impressed. Just one hiccup... I am trying to create a Heatmap and it will only let me create one for 2,000 views (5K and 10K are grayed out, indicate they are part of the "Medium" and "Large" plans).

The "Unlimited Heatmaps" and "50,000 Unique Visitors per month" made me assume that I could make a heatmap that 50,000 visitors could see. If I wanted to get a sample of 10K or 20K for a well trafficked page, I'd need to create 5-10 heatmaps of the same URL, one after another as the views are used up?

Maybe if you could outline what non-specified limits are part fo this plan? Are there similar limits on recordings, A/B tests, etc?

Thanks much!

@Doug: Hey Doug
as you said, the unlimited for heatmaps indicate the number heatmaps you can launch in a lifetime, with each having a 2,000 view limit.

The limit on video recordings is a bit more complicated but similar to heatmaps, You can record an unlimited number of recordings, but on each launch, you're allowed to record 1,000 sessions, so after the 1,000 has been recorded, you can record another 1,000 new ones, the old sessions are removed automatically after two months.

Polls and AB testings simply have the Unique Visitor limit, so up to 50,000 unique visitors.

I hope this was helpful.

@Reza: This is NOT competitive at all. 2000 Views limit / heatmap?? HotJar FREE which is way more advanced gives me 2000 Page Views/DAY.

1000 Recordings looks not bad, but 2 months data storage only? At least 6 months...

This is not a good deal at all.

This deal is limited to one site per code, unfortunately it is an easy pass. I will reconsider if the deal allows more sites per code.

@Daniel: The deal allows you to switch the site as many times as you like. We will be rolling out this feature towards the end of the month. so, you can choose to remove the LTD coupon from one site and apply it to another site. You will have to delete the first site (With the LTD) which allows you to use the coupon on the new site.

Two questions. Would appreciate your response:
1) Shopify is on roadmap. So if I buy now, I can't implement it on my shopify site? If I can, can you provide a tutorial or instruction of some sort?
2) When you say you allow visitor recording, can I view recordings of anyone visiting my website and their actions on my website? Or does it only do recording of visitors coming from a specific URL that I have to pre-define in FigPii?

1) There's no native Shopify integration at the moment. However we recommend you to write to FigPii team (via chat), who might be able to help you

2) Yes, you get the recordings of everyone visiting your website

1) FigPii has so far failed to respond in spite of reaching out to them. Something on a future roadmap doesn't give much comfort, especially so, when the team doesn't even respond here or in email.

@Krish: You can use FigPii on any shopfiy site. All you need to do is add the FigPii code snippet in the header of the site. the roadmap is for creating a custom plugin to insert the Figpii code directly on the site.

What email did you send the request to? I checked and could not find any emails from you. I would appreciate your help with this.

What is the difference between your app and free Yandex Metrica?

@Barbara: I am not familiar with Yandex Metrica so I just took a quick look. It seems that Yandex Metrica does not offer polling and AB testing. That would be the biggest difference. The other issue you want to think about is that there are no free tools. If you are getting the tool for free - something is done with the data.

Played around with the tool. Couple questions:

1) Cannot "undo" last change to the page?

2) I hide an item. I change my mind. I can't unhide?

3) I edited style (font size), text became a while block: http://prntscr.com/qvtgl3. Looks like your editor added an #ffffff background. I remove ffffff background, I save. Background comes back.

Seems buggy. Would love to buy (been using VWO for a long time) but just doesn't seem ready.

@REZA & @KHALID
IMPORTANT: The tool looks promising. HOWEVER, if we are not able to get the Unique Visitors linked to the account, it is really weird to get an account for 15K Visitors/Month, while we have another websites with 80K or 100K Visitors/Month.

If you consider stack the Visitors and distribute them across websites, would be great and I'd like to buy a few stacks.

Example:
1 deal = 50,000 Unique Visitors per month | 1 Website
2 deals = 100K Visitors | 2 Sites
3 deals = 150K Visitors | 3 Sites and so on.

But, we are able to allocate different visitors to each website.

Please let me know if you're able to do this. I repeat, ALL the tools works like this (HotJar, Convert, Livesession etc). You get a limit of pageviews/unique visitors and do what you want with that!

Thanks

@Thomas we are seeing anywhere from 300ms to 500ms when you run a heavy AB test. The actual async script load time is less than 100ms.

man-user

Reza

Hey @Thomas
This is Reza from FigPii, installing the code itself will not have any impact on your load time, neither does running heatmaps and recordings.
but it takes anywhere from 100 milliseconds up to 300 milliseconds for an AB test variation to get implemented on your page.
We constantly monitor the load time on different experiments to ensure that the load time is within acceptable ranges.

@MIHAI As others requested, it's best to have a Unique Visitors/PageViews limit (as other CRO tools has, look at HotJar, LiveSession, Inspectlet etc). All provides UNLIMITED websites but limited views (Unique Visitors or Unique Pageviews).

Maybe (My case) I want to test out a small website with 2000 Visitors/Months. It isn't weird to "block" 50K views for it? Trust me, it is.

Hopefully this will be reconsidered by Khalid

Howdy Khalid,
Would you like to consider the following: Our Deal does include 2 Websites/Deal with 50.000 Unique Visitors/Mo. That's a total of 100.000 Unique Visitors / Account / Mo.

I honestly think, the number of UV should be split across the account, so I am able to have 1 Single Website with 100K UV/Mo OR 2 Websites (1 with 70K UVs and 1 with 30K UVs) because I may have a very small website which can't exceed 5K UVs / Mo).

What I highly suggest you is to lock the UVs to Account Level and not website level, so they can be distributed based on our needs.

Or, at least an option to allow a different numbers of UVs for each individual website we add.

Also, what about Branding? Do you offer Removable Branding?
Thank you so much, Khalid.

Yours,
Mihai
