From Privacy Policy to a Medical Prescription, Fastdok has got your documentation requirements covered for most cases.

After logging in to your Fastdok account, you can choose the template you want to work with from your dashboard.

You will then be asked to answer a few simple questions to start generating your business document. Just make sure you have your company logo, official email address, etc. to ease the process.

For example, if you choose to create a Work Experience Certificate template, you must first upload your company logo and enter details such as Company name, Postal address, Email address, and Phone number to create the document.

Potential

There exists a lot of potential for FastDok if it can do at least the two below:

1) add much more templates under various categories (not merely promise to add few months later but add at least 3-4 each week)

2) multiple download options besides PDF

Ok, but needs work

The concept and the UI are good. However, it's bare-bone and the description provided is rather misleading. First: it ONLY generates PDFs: you can't re-use the document or edit anything that's not a pre-determined variable available in the wizard. What's the use of a privacy policy (or any legal document, for that matter) that's only available in a fixed format and content? And since you can't customize the templates, it's all of very limited use ... until that changes, assuming it does, of course. In short, seems to me like a lot of work is needed for this app to be truly useful.

I don't see the point

I don't see the point of this without being able to make your own templates?!

Messaged on live chat. Nobody there.

Added my email for a reply offline, 24 hours later, no reply.

Sent an email to support, came back as undeliverable

Your message wasn't delivered to [email protected] because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.

The response from the remote server was:

550 5.1.1 : Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table

One fail after another, And I'm sad to write this review because I think this app as hope and looks clean.

This software tool is CLEAN. UI/UX is GREAT.

No custom templates = COMPLETELY USELESS!!!

I like that the number of templates is growing. Personally, I would enjoy much more business/entrepreneurial templates like the Value Proposition Canvas, etc.

I tried the free version and my initial impression is not the outcome I expected. I tried the business plan template and note that I simply got a one-pager with very little text. Did not make sense.

But more of a concern are some of the questions or responses required to various parts of the business plan. There are no examples or meaningful explanations as to what the question entails.

It would be great to have some more context regarding this. What plans do you have to improve the existing templates and also can we see a good demo video which walks through some of the available templates so we can ascertain the standard of the document being created?

Hello, how are you ensuring the legality of the documents. For instance, if I make a freelancer contract, how do you ensure that the contract will be upheld in U.S. courts with U.S. laws?

@Vik: Hello, It's up to you to make it legally count, as we offer your the template and the document based on the international standard, it's the stamp and signature of both parts that will make it count in related Laws

@Ayoub: What do you mean by international standard? Are these verified to be legally effective?

@Vik: they are taken from real contracts between parts, we mean by international standard, that they use clause general and standard to be understood by all individuals and businesses, if you want a document of contract between 2 parts, then the document template we offer contains all the necessary clause and basics of a contract.

@Sampath: The one from Fastdok, when signing up. I cannot login because the verification mail never arrived. Have clicked "send new mail" 3 times but no mail. And it is not in the spam folder.

There are only 16 templates that are available at the moment, are there plans to add more templates, if so, whats the frequency you are planning.

@Ayoub:Problem is we have only 30 days to refund and as it is with limited documents, it does not seem to be useful to me. I will be glad to see many document templates being added in the next 30 days.
