Great application and an amazing deal!

CustomerVox is an incredible app that helps us understand and segment our customers in customer lifecycle stages and personas. This is done automatically and is of tremendous help to us. It then goes beyond this by enabling us to communicate with our customers through emails, text, popups and landing pages.

The application is fast and intuitive. We did encounter a few bugs but they were solved quickly and we understand this happens as they are just starting out.

I would recommend CustomerVox to any Shopify store in need of advanced analytics insights + you can then use the insights to help shape a superior customer experience through the above touchpoints.

Their customer support is very supportive and quick to respond. We spent a few hours back and forth today and they were very patient while we figured things out.

Hi Emir, congratulation for the launch.

I already saw your replies, but i want to elaborate my question in a different manner with an example:

As i have various customers and each one of them has a shopify store i was planning to "control" all of them since i manage them from my dashboard.

I would stack 5 codes and use only on 3 stores.

Can i control/add/remove these stores into my "main" account?

Can i assign the customers based on my needs to each one of these stores?

What if i later need 2 more "stores"? Can i still add 2 more (as i stacked 5 codes) and control under my main account and assign limits of customers on each of these 5 stores?

@Fabrizio: Yes, you can always assign a store to a new username and that store would not be under your main account.

You can stack credits per store. So if you have 5 credits, you can use 3 for store X, 1 for store Y and 1 for store Z.

Let's say we have 10K Shopify customers but we only want to target a segment of 2000 customers. Do we still need to buy 3 codes or 1 code is enough as we only want to email up to 2000 customers a month?

@Timur: Guess you'll need 3 codes to identify the 2K people you want to email to.

Email is one of the many features of CustomerVox. The tool basically pulls all the data of your customers.

And tells you the ones you need to send email to.

A few questions:

1.

How deep is the Shopify integration?

Meaning, how advanced are the E-Mail automation options?

2.

Does CustomerVox have a good understanding of the SMS laws in the USA?

For example, many mobile companies just released a new rule that you can only send a “Abandon cart SMS” one time (no follow ups).

In other words, does/is customerVox capable and currently running according to all US regulations?

There are many more regulations (including what is considered a legitimate SMS opt-in).

Who is considered part of the 50,000 subscribers?

4.

Is there a plan to introduce a tier with more than 50,000 subscribers ?

If not, when we surpass the 50,000 limit, what are the fees for additional subscribers?

Hi Shlomo, thanks for the kind words and the great questions.

1. As part of our Shopify integration we collect products, customers, orders, coupons and events.

You can then build out workflows based on Shopify events such as order created, cart abandonment, etc. but we also use other traits such as number of products purchased or CLV which you can use to create relevant touchpoints (we support emails, text, popups and landing pages + we have a personalization feature so you can update Shopify storefront as well).

We believe we have a very deep integration to Shopify which is equal or superior to any other Shopify app.

2. We use Twilio as a platform for sending text messages. We follow and he’ll you adhere to Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”) and have built a robust system so contacts at any time can opt in or out of receiving texts and prior consent it required in order to send messages.

3. We consider a contact to be identifiable by either email address or phone number so that person can be targeted.

4. If you have more than 50k contacts the cost is $7 per 1,000 contacts per month. We charge $0.01 per US text.

@Steven: Hi Steven, you need an active Shopify subscription to register for CustomerVox but you can buy credits and redeem at a later time. The credits are valid for 90 days after the promotion ends but if you email us we will be able to extend this (if needed).

2) If yes, what happens to the contact limit if our audience is already larger?

3) Are the views/month only for landing pages or does that include the pop-ups as well?

4) How much are SMS credits after the one-time is used up?

5) Are customer insights limited to the 2000 contacts, or is that meant for the audience list?

1/2 at this time, we don't support other email platforms at this time.

3. Actually there is no more limitations per page views. We have decided to wave this. You can have as many as you wish. We charge based on number of contacts and text message credits.

4. $0.01 per text credit. 1 SMS = 1 text credit, 1MMS = 3 text crediits.

Also if you have more contacts, it's $7 per 1,000

5. Customer insights are not limited based on number of contacts you have. If you want to act on the insights then you need to pay based on the number of contacts and text credits.
