With multi stack and multi agents can this work like an agency account where I assign an agent (the customer representative from customer) to be an agent on to a chat on the Facebook page and website? So when that agent logs in they only see the chats the agents to. So at a point in conversation when the bot is switched to VA it goes to the customer not my company to continue to conversation?

@BKnown in the future Chatbotize will have multi environments support. Environment = many Chatbots, one shared Inbox. For each environment you will be able to apply different billing plan, so you can use ex. 5 deal codes for 5 different environments.

Now you have only one environment within organization, so:

1) You can use queues in Inbox to assign queue for each client and then assign agents to certain queues. The only issue here is that agents will see conversations from all clients under "organization folder" in inbox

2) You can create different organizations and apply deal code for each of it separately.

I am not sure if it is good idea to stack 5 codes under single organization for multiple clients. You will not be able to limit contacts per client.

@BKnown you will own the chatbot because we don't require "Login with Facebook" in order to create chatbot and chatbot is not assigned to fanpage. In order to subscribe chatbot to fanpage you need access to yours client fanpage.

You can use Chatbotize for any number of Facebook pages (brand 1, brand 2, brand 3, brand 4, brand 5 & so on)

Secondly I would like to know if the interface (backend/frontend) is translatable? Hi team @ chatbotize,
We are considering stacking 10 codes, please answer our questions below -
1) when we hit that 150K contacts can we delete them from our dashboard to allow space for more?

2) What is considered a contact? example - if someone message using the bot are they automatically added as a contact? Please explain what makes contact. Because sometimes we get random messages/enquiries on our fb pages and we dont want them to take up space of our contacts, as they are rubbish for our business.

How does a user unsubscribe? Can admin unsubscribe a user from the dashboard to allow more space?

1) With 10 codes, you should be having 350K contacts. Due to Facebook limitations, if a user unsubscribes, it free up the space for additional contacts. And that's the only possibility

2) Contact is when someone submits their email (for chatbots)

3) Unsubscribe is usually taken place via FB msgr bots

Hi,
If I have 2 codes, there will be 50k contacts. If I create 50 bots, each bot can have 1k contact. What if I want only one bot with 50k contact? Is it allowed?
Basically I want to know if there is restrictions/conditions in using contacts after stacking, which is not explicitly mentioned.
