Good product, responsive team

I bought and refunded the product the first time. Bugasura team got in touch and explained the features especially the integration with Glitchtip. We self hosted glitchtip and have been using it for the last week or so and would recommend this to any SME doing dev.

You get crashes, add issues and assign them etc. so a lot of stuff. Highly recommended

I have a couple of questions:

1- Will you integrate with Pabbly Connect?

2- Will there be a iOS/Android/React-Native widget like Instabug?

3- Is there a way to get more users in the deal?

4- Will you go on to other deal platforms like app sumo?

5- How do you stack up to Clickup which has a very generous free tier?

6- 10mb per attachment right? So unlimited storage? Unlimited 10mb attachment per issue?

Thank you for those questions. I will take them one by one.

1. We could. Currently the way we are building integrations is to look at how many people will really use the integration. If we can build a case around your team using the Pabbly Connect integration, we can do that for you at request.

2. Yes! There will be an embeddable bug reporter widget which you can embed on your saas dashboard or figma etc and use it to contextually manage and report bugs/feedback. However, it won't have performance monitoring and app crash logs in the widget though. Not in the reporter version but we can look at adding these abilities.

We have a monitoring integration with GlitchTip - which is an open source Sentry - that you can use to monitor crashes and logs.

3. You can stack two or more coupons to add more users to the deals.

5. Clickup's bug tracking abilities are limited. It does not come complemented with reporters and detailed bug tracking insights and abilities. 6. 10 mb per file.

Can we translate the app or change the words used in the app?

@Lou: Thanks for your question! You could probably use a translator chrome plugin to use Bugasura in your own language or change your device system settings to your preferred language. Several of our users do this. Let me know if you need more help on this!

However, we are soon launching a widget which can be placed within your app / platform so customers don't have to leave your platform to report bugs.

@Goutham: Yes, at this point Bugasura is free for 5 team members. But best to go with this deal because future pricing changes don't affect this lifetime deal.
