Integrate with 1,100+ Tools. Streamline Your Business. Enable cloud tools to share the same dataset.
Every SaaS tool, on its own, is well thought out and organized. But working with multiple tools daily still feels unorganized. It is uncanny.
On average you log in between 7-20 software tools to operate your business, each storing part of your business data in its separate database.
And you can save a lot of time by integrating those tools so they will run like clockwork.
Except, the challenge is that your business data is scattered across so many different tools, and it's really hard to integrate all tools into each other.
Worry not. There’s an easier way to do this today!
Introducing Boost.Space
Boost.Space is a data centralization platform that supercharges your business, organizing your data that is scattered all over, into a central database that works as a great starting point for effective teamwork, cross-platform automation and integration across 1,100 (and growing) software tools.
Boost.Space supercharges your business organizing your data that is scattered all over otherwise, with real-time synchronization across 1,100 (and growing) software tools.
It’s pretty easy to start using the Boost platform for your business. Connect the tools you are using, and the data will be synchronized within the next few minutes & it will be a smooth sail thereafter.
Boost.space will aggregate and consolidate data from all your tools, building your master data.
The integration engine is powered by Make.com so that you can automate your workflows across various apps effortlessly.
For example, you can connect your customer data from your WooCommerce Store + Google Sheets + Lead Generation Forms+ your CRM to your Boost.space system.
Inside Boost.space you can combine that data, manage it, enrich it and then send it back to your favorite tools like Ad Manager / PPC tools and so much more.
This would help you run ads effectively, and save a lot of money for you.
Boost is built with a plethora of internal tools to assist you with organizing and working with the data in one place.
You can manage your entire Sales Pipeline with Boost.sales (part of this deal) consist of Invoices, Forms, Orders, Products, CRM, etc.
Easily coordinate your sales process by integrating all the sales tools you are using with Boost.sales & operate your business from one place
One of the unspoken challenges in running a business is managing the data from different teams, sales to marketing, operations to support, recruitment to finance & so on.
That’s where Boost.collaboration comes into play, which is included in this deal for ya.
You & your team can easily collaborate and keep track of all the projects, tasks, notes and client communications that take place in many different tools aggregating this information into a single dashboard in your Boost account.
Make decisions based on consistent data with all the context.
Boost’s integration engine is powered by Make.com which has over 1,100 integrations, with more being added frequently.
And this helps in aggregating your data in one central place. You can update all your data within your Boost.space dashboard, thus automatically updating all your other apps.
You no longer have to log in to multiple apps daily to update your client records or other information.
Once integrated with Boost, your data will automatically synchronize in real-time in as little as 1-minute intervals.
It’s time to centralize & declutter your data. And build automations that work for you.

FAQs:
1) What does the admin limit mean?
An admin can set up the Boost.space system and create integrations and automation scenarios. Only admins have access to the integration engine.
2) What does the user/team member limit mean?
A user can use Boost.space and thus work with centralized data inside the Boost.space environment - they do not have access to the integrator engine.
3) What does the number of items limit mean?
It is the number of rows in the Boost.space database.
So inside Boost.space modules it is each contact, task, note, calendar event, work report, invoice, form response, order, offer, business opportunity, product, purchase.
If you use custom modules, it's again every row in the database.
4) What happens if I exceed the limit?
In order not to cause you any trouble with your data flows, we won't stop your scenarios.
However, we will contact you promptly and together we will find a solution such as upgrading to a higher tier or otherwise increasing your limits.
5) What is the limit on the number of operations?
The number of operations is unlimited within LTD - our limits only apply to admins, users and items, but you must follow a fair use policy - for example, you must use the make.com engine in combination with Boost.space to centralize your data.
6) Can I use databases other than the ones you have pre-built?
Yes, you can create your own modules to store any data such as text, number, date, file, and much more.
7) Can I use Boost.space LTD multi-tenant (multiple companies at once)?
No, if you need to use Boost.space for multiple companies, you always need to have separate systems. Feel free to contact us for further questions.
8) Are you GDPR Compliant?
Yes, Boost.space is GDPR compliant, so your data is safe. Boost.space offers features to keep your contact database GDPR compliant, however Boost.space is not responsible for ensuring that the data you store inside it is GDPR compliant.
9) Where are the data centres located? Do you have a data centre in the EU for European customers?
The data centres are located in the Czech Republic and Germany. We create a separate cloud on a secure section of the server, with individual encryption for each client.
10) Do you provide discounts for other modules that are not included in this deal? If yes, how much?
If you decide to upsell to a monthly subscription plan, you will get a 30% discount to your subscription. Feel free to contact us about this discount.
11) What is a System instance?
We create a separate cloud on a secure section of the server, with individual encryption for each client. One system instance is basically one central cloud database that should be used for one company.
12) Can I buy multiple licenses & use it for different companies under the same Boost.space account?
Yes, if you buy multiple licences, you will be able to create multiple system instances. We recommend using one licence (one system instance) per company.

As a solopreneur, I'm always looking for ways to invest my time instead of just spending it. To that end, I was considering investing in an automation platform and was pleasantly surprised when I stumbled on Boost.space. This literally has the potential and power of being a serious disruptor in this space. I am still trying to understand ways to leverage its power and technologies and can't recommend it enough. One of the best parts, for me, is that these guys are working tremendously hard and are very receptive to feedback. Those are key ingredients to success in opinion. Keep up the great work, guys!

There are so many different use cases that I'm interested in, but central data management is key for me. I'll be using the platform as a content creator to grow my audience and develop my content and publishing plan. During the planning phase, I gather data from many sources that are essential to my ideation and story research.
I use at least a dozen tools to help me engage and communicate with a large audience and data wrangling has always been an issue. I like that I can prioritize a specific data field in a data source when merging from multiple sources in boost.space. Great for long term projects with lots of data sets.
The majority of the modules are well-designed. The UI is sleek and attractive. At this early stage, certain labels still need to be be translated, which is to be expected.
The central data management and integration with Make were the main reasons for my purchase. It will make playing around with the data actually fun
However, it's not inexpensive and 100,000 Items/records almost stopped me from moving forward. Still not sure how much of an issue this will be for me. Time will tell.
Is it worth it? I think so.

A lot of people were interested in the Boost.space deal due to Boost's integration of the Make engine and the ability to transfer data directly from one app to another. (With the revised deal terms, that is now a possibility.) However, given that I have access to other (direct) data automation tools, I was most interested in the deal due to the ability to integrate over 1100 other applications (via the Make engine) with a structured, cloud-based database. My plan is to use a cloud-based data repository to feed other apps as appropriate (cold email marketing, CRM, etc).
While I have not explored the app fully, I can speak to a number of impressions that I have had to date regarding the Boost.space app.
First, the UX / UI is fairly clean and easy to navigate. In using the app for the first few times, I did not find myself searching endlessly trying to figure out how to navigate the dashboard and various settings. From that perspective, the tool was relatively intuitive.
Second, I found the onboarding process to be well structured. It was not intrusive - forcing me to go through a required "education process" before I could explore on my own. Rather, with the various pulsating icons and menus, I was invited to explore the tool tips on my own time. These tools tips were generally direct, helpful and informative. As I worked through the onboarding process there were a handful of tooltips in which the text was cutoff or the image was not centered. I was told that this was due to a transition in the tool that they used for the tooltips and that the limited number of examples for which there were issues would be cleaned up shortly.
My combined impression of both the UX / UI as well as the onboarding created a sense of confidence that the developers of this app are capable of putting themselves in the position of a new user and creating an environment that is intuitive to use. That is a positive for me, and anyone who comes after me (i,e, MRR customers) as easy of use influences frequency of use, and frequency of use becomes reliability. I want future customers to become reliant on the tools in which I have invested (LTD).
Finally, I have had 3-4 interactions (via email or text chat) with Tadeas Marek or individuals within the organization (Karel Pribramsky or Jiri Ratica). Each time I was treated in a professional manner, the team worked to understand my questions and / or concerns, and my question / issue was resolved in a relatively short time frame. I have been impressed by the Boost team's approach to customer service. Further, I asked Tadeas if I cold arrange a call with him directly to ask him some more direct questions about Boost and its future, and am pleased to say that we have some time booked on the calendar.
To be clear, I have not yet integrated various apps with a cloud database for the purpose of testing the Make.com engine within the Boost platform. However, given the background and history of Make, I am making certain assumptions (as I write this review) that the Make engine will operate as advertised.
In summary, in these situations (startup LTDs) there are no guarantees. At best there are only indicators. Based on the problem that Boost.space solves, the way in which the application has been designed (UX / UI, onboarding) and my interaction with the Boost.space team, I feel good about Boost's indicators and, therefore, this investment.
My desire is that good founders, with good employees, and a good solution have an opportunity to succeed. I am happy to support the Boost team in trying.

I switch from Pabbly Connect to Boost.Space. I'm all in on this platform.
It is a promising tool. Still some bugs, but the support is reliable. The support lives chat replies back to you fast and helpful.
Give them time to improve. It will be an excellent and reliable tool.
Only unlimited Make integration is the big deal.
Don't miss it.

Purchasing this app will give you virtually unlimited access to Integromat.
If you are wondering whether to install zapier or Pabbly Connect for automation, you should definitely get it.
Space has features that take automation to the next level over zapier and Pabbly Connect. Space has a feature that takes automation to the next level over zapier and Pabbly Connect: database functionality.
Thanks to the database, you don't have to write the flow over and over again, and you can integrate information from multiple databases, allowing for a higher level of automation.
Complex automation is usually more expensive, but now you can have unlimited access for a buyout price. You can't afford not to buy it.
There is only one complaint.
It's the visualization and other application features. I'm honestly disappointed that even tier 5 is the standard plan. The biggest plans should have the biggest features.

I purchased the full stack plan, but I kept receiving an error during set up and still have not received a set up confirmation via email. I tried doing the password reset function, but still have not received?

I see that in the trial some modules such as QuickBooks online are not available in the integrator. Will they be added. They exist in Make. This could be a showstopper for me

Can you clarify Custom Automations? I assume that is Operations but would like clarification.
Make uses the Operations and Scenarios terminology. Based on that, a few questions
1) If I have a Flow with 10 Operations and only 1 that is sending data to BoostSpace, does the entire flow will not be charged or only the operation that sends data to BoostSpace as well the BoostSpace module itself?
2) Where I can check the number of Operations that were not charged (for example, Sending Data from a Google Sheets to Boost Module) and also the number of Operations that are part of the monthly custom limit?
Appreciate the response

How do I request a refund? There are only 25 users allowed. This isn't enough for our clients.
1 year ago | Verified User
I am not sure and it is a bit counterintuitive as to why you have such a hard limit on the number of users since the items, storage and custom automations are limited. This is true especially for Tier 5 which has only 25 users.
How do you see companies using this tool with clients? Is there a way to share certain modules with clients where they can do some simple things such as view updates, add/edit tasks and chat with team members? This looks like an excellent tool for business use, but it becomes extremely limited due to the limitations on the number of users/clients that can interact with the tool.
