Very nice piece of software

First review because this one is a little gem. Unconventional bur clean UI, the price is a bargain, a lot of feats and new business models already added since the beginning of the deal... Plus you will find a lot of explanations about financial terms while using the app: you learn by doing (which is very good for noobs on the matter - like me). Many thanks for this generous and rare offer!

Hoping for the future ❤️

While still very raw and basic on futures, the future is very promising. Waiting for actionable insights from integration with live data (Google sheets or Woocommerce) as that is where there is the largest potential. An absolutely amazing UI and promise that led me to want to support the development of this concept!

The integration with Google sheet is coming along nicely and we will release it as soon as we have a working prototype for a restricted number of test users. Would you like to be one of our test users?

CFO in a box!

I just bought the LTD, it's a super easy to use platform and you can create your financial model within minutes, mine took 8ish minutes! I'm very grateful for this "CFO-in-a-box" solution! To make Sturppy completely INVALUABLE would need the platform to support integrations, so you could plug in marketing spend (e.g. Facebook & Google Ads) and revenue data (Stripe/Shopfy/AppStore/PlayStore) and even expenses from banks/accounting software (like Starling & Xero). This way, all of the data is 100% accurate and this does away with the need for additional analytics measurement tools. This really would be able to replace a CFO! I spoke to Filippo on live chat and he's already planning this in the roadmap. This is something I would urge anyone with any SaaS/subscription/mobile app/e-commerce business to jump on, as this would be simply awesome!

Just awsome!

Great looking financial projections in no time. I have been looking for something like this, as I have just completed a course in entrepreneurial finance, and found working with statements in Excel to be dreadful for me. I am looking forward to following the further development of the product and encourage fellow entrepreneurs to support Sturppy by purchasing a code.

No brainer if you want to have finger on the pulse!

Having built many financial models, gone through the VC game this product makes it super easy and take away all the excel work that takes days to perfect if not weeks. UI is perfect and you can share your data with one click....

Deal is a no brainer

Hi, im thinking of this for an additional purpose, showing clients on an initial zoom video screenshare what their likely forecast $ could be prior to running a PPC campaign... its almost there! OK if its an Ad to a landing page (though doesn't account if using a funnel, ie) initial low cost item purchase page, that after purchase then goes to an upsell or downsell page)

Also can we remove the Struppy logo and add our own

@Andrew: Hi Andrew, you are definitely right that this can be a very nice way of using Sturppy.

(we are adding funnel as a revenue model)

We have also received some requests to provide it as a white-label so basically removing our logo and putting your own. If you are interested in this let us know more details at: [email protected]

I note that you have 3 models at present. What I am keen to ascertain is whether you will add features to include functionalities to help say manufacturing and service companies in the future? Also, what about the currencies?

You can change the currency as you need.

Also if you have a specific business model that we don't cover we are happy to work with you in order to add it.

After trying the trial, I have to congratulate you on the amazing UI! Beautiful, functional and human oriented, I have to say that nowadays too many great products feature wise are destroyed because of their interface experience.

The product is really interesting, as a startup and as someone who knows nothing about finance/accounting it would be truly great to have an app that helps with this and easily gives an overview. However this seems to be more targeted towards prediction/simulation, rather than to handling real data. It would be awesome if you could provide/import real data (for example from woocommerce, or from google sheets (or a CSV)) into the platform, and it would give you analytics as well as actionable insights into how much your business is viable and also be able to make predictions based on the real live data gathered from the past.

To me it makes more sense and is more interesting to be able to view the financial/accounting KPIs to know what is happening to my actual business based on real factors than to make predictions (predictions is more of a secondary interest)

Do you think this makes sense? I'm a creative and I love the business hussle, but I have zero knowledge, motivation or understanding of the financial part and I am sure a lot more people would be interested in something like this that would help them not only learn what are the most important things (with the actionable insights) but also be able to easily/quickly view them daily

@Jaime Matos: Hi Jaime, you are 100% right!

That's why this is exactly the thing on which we are focusing now, we are adding integrations to Stripe, Google sheets and other sources to pull in all the data and give you an insight on how you are running your business.

For now Sturppy is a planning tool, now it will become a planning and running tool.

@[TIOF] Contact:

I saw the integrations question was posted and answered in another Question.

Got some extra questions so here's the summary:

- Planning an API?

- For models, I believe E-commerce should be the closest thing to how we operate as an NGO although I am not certain (this is not my area of expertise). Would you consider other models in the future if necessary?

- I am not clear about the licensing as I see during the checkout that we can select up to 10 units. Is it "Per organization" or another dimension?

@[TIOF] Contact: Hey, for an API are you talking about a way for you to programmatically add thing to your financial model?

We are definitely adding more models in the future, the one we will be releasing soon is "Agency".

If you want you can contact me personally and I can help you to choose the best model for your case.

With the LTD deal you get unlimited team members to collaborate on your project and unlimited projects, all of this is per organisation (company).

@BossOfTime: Hi, the integrations should come within 2-3 months.

Sturppy now is a planning tool, this is because there are no integrations yet, when you are planning you don't have live data, that is why we haven't made any integrations.

We will evolve from this and also become an analytic tool that is synced with live data, this is when we will need integrations.

I watched the video, the projections only concern the cost and fixed income, and seems very linear, can you offer the possibility of filling month by month for non-fixed costs?

For e-commerce have you think about the seasonality of sales?

Do you plan Integrate Stripe for sales, can you also use Stripe for investors to buy society shares?

Thank

@gianni: Hi Gianni, you are right that they might look linear, but this is because in the video I just go over the very basic configuration needed.

After that initial step you can go in and add a lot of extra details, like monthly growth or shrink for basically any input, it can get very detailed.

For e-commerce we haven't taken seasonality into account since it is something that the person creating the model would know and not all e-commerce have seasonality.

Integrating Stripe is on our roadmap and using it to buy shares too, would be a very cool idea, only thing we are concerned about is transaction fees on large sums.

We have three pillars of income:

1. Any hourly packages for different hourly rates.

2. subscription models for a team and task board

3. consulting and coaching packages at different prices.

Is this possible with your software?

- it is the same, it is all included in the LTD

- sure!

- yes, as many as you want

- yes, as many as you want with this LTD

- most of the roadmap is included in the LTD, if we don't differ too much from it (I'd say that just the long-term is not included, but we can create a new LTD for you)

- I don't understand what you mean by "add payment tools to receive funds?"

- also this question is not clear to me, if you can explain it better I will give you a better answer

We will add the possibility to manage founder equity (as shown in the roadmap) and also the possibility to buy shares of the company. We call this cap-table management.
