hi, in your roadmap, you have several upcoming features. Will all of them like crypto payments, referral etc, will they be included when they become available.

Are there any features currently listed in your roadmap, that will NOT be available with the purchase.

Pls let us know. Its important to know what you are buying as developers change positions or plan name. So pls.

@Silva: You can read about this on our website https://rainex.io/pricing/. There it is clearly stated where and which functions will be available.

From 01.08.2023, only the Core plan is available.

If you are an active member of our community, we will give you Core+: for example, join us for a 30 minute meeting, tell us what you expect from the project, specify features in Roadmap, and test our product, possibly point out bugs, etc.

Let me explain why, as this is our first campaign with a lifetime deal, we have only offered Core (a product we already have) to users and Core+ is still in development. We can't calculate how profitable it will be for us to offer LTD on Core+, so we decided to do a temporary option of buying LTD Rainex for $49 with the prospect of getting Core+ features in the future. Again, we didn't want to offer users something we didn't already have! We were flexible and offered this option for a short period of time.

Now, if users will actively participate in the development of the project after purchasing LTD for 49$ - we will individually provide Core+ as a bounty system. That is after 31.07.2023.

I assume that you have already prepared part of the previous comments.

Okay, this is unfortunate that if we buy now, we dont get core Plus. This should have been clearly mentioned. You should extend this offer for another week. Most of us did not know that. Pls extend that offer.

@Jo: Hey Jo! Unfortunately, we will not be relaunching Core+ as there was originally only Core and we had no plans to offer Core+ to people. Due to numerous requests, we have made it possible to purchase until 07/31/2023 and have access to Core+ features in the future.

Then, on a case-by-case basis, we will consider providing with Core+ services in the future.

@Halyna: What an answer...kudos. You dont make it clear first in the deal page anything about 31st deadline. And we as customers have to play detective to find the Easter egg. I am very dissapointed with your reply and take on this matter. Transparency is the key, thats what we look for. We see that missing in this case.

So we dont get future features if we bought now, i.e. after 31/7/2023. That's what you have said in one of the answers on this platform?

My use case is this: I have a newsletter, I want to place a button in it called "Subscribe". When the person clicks subscribe, they get a subscription payment page. Is that possible and it is straight forward using your service?

@Jo: Hey! In order for your customer to subscribe to your newsletter, they first need to create an account, on your website. Then go to the checkout page and subscribe = pay for the subscription = take a trial period, etc. It is impossible for your potential customer to go to the payment page immediately, because the data on it will not be recorded anywhere. It is possible to make it so that through the "Subscribe" button the client goes to the registration page - creates an account and then subscribes!

It would be wonderful if you could specify the details of how you would like to see it - where and exactly the customer should go, whether those to whom the mailing is made are your customers or it is just data from a document.

1. Rainex allows businesses to brand and customize e.g. email, as well as the checkout page, customer portal, etc.

2. If you have several or more completely different businesses (if they have different payment providers), then you will need to have several or more accounts. On the other hand, you have one business but many different products, this is not necessary.

It would be better to say "Profiles" into an account. Within a single paid account you can have one, two or more profiles, each of which will correspond to one of your businesses. And then moving among these profiles, you can see information about each business.

Only the administrator of Rainex can create a profile into user's account.
