Start creating a widget from your Emojise dashboard, by entering the name of your widget, usually the website/project name, where you will be displaying the widget after.

Choose from the 300+ emojis to collect more specific feedback from your audience. You can choose to display the widget as a floating bar, or inline.

While you’re working on the design, you can preview the same on the right hand side.

Next, choose the widget position, and set up the trigger to display the widgets all the time (or) after a particular delay.

Firstly i was always looking for Hotjar send screenshot feature alternative.

Hi,

I see that it's unlimited web sites... but is it just for our own use (I.e. sites we own) or can be used for clients as well?

I ask, because from what I understand from the video, we have the result directly in the dashboard... but we can't give access to clients to our dashboard... So, we either need to have a sub-client access, where they would have access to only their account/site (ideal) or at least a way to export the data/create a report that we can send them...

It is a lot to ask for a $25 app and I might still get it just for me... but my need is really for clients (and since I know this is not the regular price, I guess it is something that should be built into for regular price users...).

Can you provide option to use STARs instead of emojis?

Use case : We want to take customer NPS feedback via email signature and in the email signature we put 10 different stars instead of emojis...something like this:

I've just raised this issue in the chat support so feel free to disregard my ticket.

If we translate everything to another language, the text on the button should not remain English. That would not only look strange but even unprofessional.

@Bobby: Can we have more than one language? I have bilingual sites, so whether I set it in English or French, one will have the wrong language...

Also, if it is for the entire application (I.e. not site based) it will not work for me also, since I have English sites, French sites and bilingual sites...

@Nelson Therrien: You can change the text when creating the widget (i.e. in French or English), but the text won't be translated automatically - whichever language you create the widget in, that'll stick.

Super cool! Would be awesome to be able to redirect the user depending on their emoji selection.

Use case: embed in email, user gets different URL redirects depending on their selection. Eg: negative/neutral goes to feedback form, special, or contact us page/URL, select positive response send to “write a review page” or Google, etc. I would send them to a client’s review ask funnel in this case.

Love the product! It's cute and very simple!

Got a few suggestions:

1. Customization of the responses - currently, it's just Positive, Neutral, and Negative, can we have the option to customize them the way we want them, especially if we have a lot of emoji reactions set?

2. Option to change rating order - the recommended order for a Likert Scale is actually Negative - Neutral - Positive. As this follows a Likert Scale format, can we change the order?

3. Allow multiple domains per "widget" or make it optional

4. Allow us to add more elements, like logo/pic text, links etc...

5. Change font style and size

6. Redirect to custom URL after entering feedback

7. Option to make the feedback optional - just plain voting.

@Lou: Thanks for your suggestions, some of them would definitely be useful and I'd look into implementing them.

Just a quick question regarding the 1st point - what do you mean by "customization of the responses"? Those aren't seen by the users, it's just for your reference when creating the widget, so you know which emoji would trigger which textarea placeholder.

Ok, just saw where to change to icon set... but what I was referring to was the style. Would like to see other styles, because the ones that are now are too garish and BIG.

@Pepe Volador: At the moment, this isn't an available feature. However, the widget isn't embedded inside an iFrame, which means you can always add some custom CSS to your website, to target the widget's style and appearance. :)

@Oisin: At the moment, you can either create a separate widget for each product, or create one widget for the whole store, and whenever a rating is sent, you can then see which page (i.e. product) it came from in the dashboard. You can also filter responses by page (i.e. view all the responses for a particular product).
