Accelerate Your Growth by 3x with Automations

Automate, Backup & Centralize Your Business Operations with Two-way Sync across 1,600+ Apps

On average you log in between 7-20 software tools every day, to operate your business.

You are leaving money on the table because your business data is scattered across so many different tools, with incompatible and (probably) incomplete data in each of them.

And you are also losing a lot of time by getting your multiple tools to work as one system like clockwork.

Introducing Boost.space

Boost.space is a Data Centralization platform to streamline your business operations by organizing your scattered data, into a central database for seamless cross-platform automation, and integrates with over 1,600 (and growing) tools via Make Engine.

PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS

  • No-code, Cloud Based Automations
  • Real-time Two-way Data Synchronization

Boost.space consolidates data from all your tools, building your master database. Now with revamped modules for super-easy integration.

This comes in handy when running your ads, using your favorite tools like Ad Manager / PPC tools, etc.

Since you have real-time data across multiple apps, you are running high-ROI ads while saving a lot of money.

Save a lot of Time & MAKE a lot of Money

This deal is insane. I was not aware of SaaS Mantra when they ran a promotion for Boost space last year.

I had my doubts before I purchased the deal when it returned this year.

We've been building funnels and landing pages for a lot of clients, and for ourselves. I've been using Zapier & Make for years, and I only wished I could use either of the tools to sync our data that's been scattered all over.

Not only this deal would help me save a lot of time, helping me to avoid managing too many Sheets but also help me save a lot of Money on my Make Subscription since I don't need to bring one to use the product.

Overall, a good product & a great deal

After I bought the deal, I encountered some hiccups especially to get the connectors working.

Boost space team was very helpful to help me sort them out next day. Much faster than Zoom support who charges me $$$ a year.

So despite a shaky start the tool seems to be a huge lifesaver for automating my Marketing Operations easily.

When compared to similar deals (like Pabbly for instance), this one looks robust and seem to offer more operations for less the cost.

Just make the UI to load faster. Hence 4.5 lamps for you

Way more then "Sync" but terror if you "only" want to sync

I am trying to set this whole thing up since half a day now. I aknowledge it´s really complex and it might be very usefull if you want to spent a long (!) time in this software, but it´s pure terror if you only want to sync your data and are used to simple stuff like PieSync, which did a great job after a few minutes of setup. But let me first adress the most common critics:

1. Last Deal with 100k records mapped to enterprise-plan, this time 25k operation mapped to grow-plan -> Get over it! Prices are increasing if software is growing and the hyrid modell of "LTP plus annual addons" might be a solution to "live and let live".

2. Scenarios that are "paused" if there is no Boost.space connected

If you want to use Make.com, then buy Make.com. A Scenario without a boost.space is nothing mure then a pure make.com szenario and this LTD is not for make.com but it is for boost.space. Using boost.space to create make.com szenarios free of charge does not seem fair to me.

So honestly, this two points are definitely not the problems I have. The problems I have is what I expected and what I get. It´s like I called for an uber to bring me to the restaurant but instead they are comming with a rocket and bringing me around the moon before dropping me at the restaurant. And I need to do the full austronaut-training before being allowed to even enter the rocket.

While PieSync was a REAL Sync-Software, boost.space is nothing more then a centralized database connected with ultra-complex workflows on make.com. The database works as a "main data center" and then you have to create workflows for EVERY scenario. Some scenarios have "easy templates" meaning that the connections are pre-built. This is the case for example on Pipedrive or Google Contacts. But even if this is an "easy template", I tried to set it up since half a day and it´s not working yet. There are error-messages that I don´t understand, I don´t understand where to look into the history and I don´t understand how the system decides which data to be worked on. I have >4.000 Google contacts and the system only syncs 324 of them. Maybe it only works after a data is changed, but why is it called "sync" when it can´t be synced without a change-trigger?

And I am really afraid of the next step: Most of the connections don´t have the "easy templates" and it seems they force me to create a webhook for every single piece of data. Ilooked into Encharge and it seems the workflow needs 15 different Webhooks on Encharge just to get the data input. Webhooks that need to be created manually on Encharge. And this is only for the input, the data has to be send back to Encharge again ... with webhooks.

The support is not that helpfull as mostly they ask me to watch some tutorial-videos that are terrible to watch (pink colors, limited screenshots and not really helpful as it´s an intense "step-by-step"-thing without real explanations that I can understand).

At the moment I don´t see a real benefit from boost.space compared with just adding tons of workflows on FlowMattic to keep my data synced. When I simply put a google-sheed in the center of the workflows It would serve the same usecase as boost.space, but without the ultra-complex make.com-stuff and without any limits because FlowMattic is self-hosted so there are no limits in the number of actions/workflows.

However, boost.space will definitely be a good tool for you if you like to spent a lot of time in adjusting very complex settings, so it would not be fair to give it a too bad rating. But on the other hand, it´s absolutely not an easy sync-tool and it´s not "the new standart". Finally it´s not even a "2-way-sync" as the sync only works 2-way if you manually create the workflows that lead in bouth directions. So it´s only a 1-way-sync that you need to configure in bouth directions that it works as a 2-way-sync.

For me it did not meet my expectations. But then again: If the description where correct it could easily get a 5-star-rating, but if you searching for an easy sync-tool this is definitely the wrong software for you!

@Julian: Thank you for your review. I am the founder of Boost.space. I agree that to set up one way transfer between two tools it is easier to set up direct integration via IPAAS platforms available on the market. Our solution is built to help all your tools in your stack to synchronize data between each other - to work together like one system. We do that via central database that centralizes and standardizes your data (that is why we say new standard in slogan) and also records timestamps (to orchestrate two-way sync), consolidates duplicate records etc. It is trying to help you to prepare your dataset to be able to sync with all other tools so that is where you might have gotten errors and prompts to fix your data. We are working hard to make our users accomplish the goal of seamless two-way data sync across their toolset as easily as possible (that is why there are templates and pink video guides and also why we offer individual sucess calls with our clients). I like your metaphore about taxi and rocket to get you to a restaurant. Well, if you just want a one way ride to a restaurant, there is easier way to do that. If you want a solution that connects all your tools like a railway network - so that from that point on, your data can get easily anywhere, that is where Boost rocket might be helpful and take you to a space (and where the astronaut training cosisting of two 3minute videos might be worth it).

@Fiona: Hi Fiona, yes - here is what you can accomplish with our FTP integration: https://boost.space/integrations/ftp/

You can create and automation directly from one FTP to another and use Boost.space database to only log changes.

@Jamiere: One Boost.space workspace is made for one brand. You can swich between workspaces - thus you can administer multiple brands. Each one workspace must have separate LTD.

Does boost.space allow me to fetch new registrants from linkedin-events? I think they are not the same as linkedin-lead-gen-forms, so I'd like to know before buying. The docs don't address this yet

"Note: Make engine scenarios need to include at least one Boost.space module in the scenario canvas, or the scenario might be paused" Seriously guys?? Not only we are getting a worse deal from last time but can you at least remove this restriction?? What if some scenarios can't be executed efficiently with a Boost module? Please remove this restriction.

@Jad:

Hey Jad, in the situation where the desired automation can not be executed efficiently via Boost.space module, then you can just use Boost.space module to log executions, so that it is present in the scenario canvas.

Hope that helps :)

Hello,

I feel a little (hum...a lot) lost with the deal description...

1) I totally get the quantity of operations/month (it's like in Make or Zapier I believe).

But what are the "records" meaning please ? Could you please explain what Record stand for here ? It's not a CRM... Records should only be passing through (from Facebook Leads to Google Sheet or any CRM for example, right ?)

2) I can see people talking add-ons availability on Boost-Space's plan (Enterprise plan), so possibly not on the LTD. I can see in Deal Highlights that the 20+ add-ons are included. So... which add-ons aren't then please ? ( I don't talk about purchasing the annual add-ons of the deal here)

3) Could you please explain this sentence, it looks scary : "Note: Make engine scenarios need to include at least one Boost.space module in the scenario canvas, or the scenario might be paused."

Would you mind sharing a few examples ? Is it to force us to USE the records (from question 1) ?

Thanks a lot

@Forden Faller: I missed your question earlier.

1) Records are like Contacts

2) The add-ons mentioned in the deal page refers to the internal apps built in Boost.space like Boost.sales, Accounting modules, etc.

3) This is not aimed at forcing you to use the records, but to avoid the abuse of MAKE engine

A whole lot of your add-ons (even some basic add-ons) are on the Enterprise plan, and the highest tier here correlates only to the Scale plan. Any plans of offering the Enterprise plan as well on SaaSMantra?

Hi! Thanks for coming back!

I have a few question:

1. Compared to the previous deal this one doesn't have option for Enterprise; will this be available?

2. With the max tier, can we manage multiple brands?

3. Do we have access to Warehouse and Charts?

4. How long will the deal be available?

Thanks!!

@David: Here you go

1) You can stack the add-ons to unlock the Enterprise plan this time. Here's the link to purchase the add-ons: https://saasmantra.com/deals/boost-addons

2) Each purchase is for 1 Workspace. You can purchase any Tier you would like for each of your workspaces

3) Enterprise deal (via add-ons) unlocks Warehouse & Charts for you

4) We haven't set the closing date yet, but the prices are going up on Friday midnight

@Sampath: Thanks!

1. The addon says yearly, that's a non-starter for me (as ltd user I don't do double pay for any service, meaning ltd+recurrent)

2. Not referring to that, in the previous dela from tier 3 and above there was the option to manage multiple workspaces/brand (i confirmed using web archive). So instead of buying multiple deals, i was thinking more in the lines of buying tier 3 and dividing it in three projects that do not overlap, so i don't want them sharing a workspace

3. Sames a pint 1

4. Noted! Thanks for the heads up!

Also, are the 100k operations internal ones, or steps from make, or executions of workflows? How are these counted?

Thanks!

@David: 2) In previous deal, you needed to get Tier 3 to unlock the plan that offers multiple workspaces/brands.

But in this deal, you get it regardless of the tier you purchase

4) Operations are counted just the way how Make counts, for every execution. Pretty much the same for Zapier, Pabbly, etc.
