Congratulations on this nice piece of software. The interface is simple and nice looking with a straight to the point menu.
The video conference service is really smooth and nicely done.
The scheduling side is poor in terms of features and interface. The roadmap makes sense.
I heavily invested in this LTD in order to show all my support, and I am taking time to write this feedback based of my 6 years of being a LTD addict.
I am seeing a pattern regarding the failure of the nice SaaS project. It is mainly because of the two mistakes:
1- The lack of strong positioning.
I am a little afraid of the current one. It is not really clear…
What is the problem that 3veta solves?
(being a better professional? Having a better workflow? Avoid paying many different solutions?)
3veta will become the best SAAS to do…….
(You don’t want to be a cheap version of Zoom + Calendly)
2- The willing to fulfill all the features request.
LTD buyers are great for raising money and getting feedback, but there are not your final clients.
I saw, so many tools becoming everything and nothing at the same time.
I am sure that you already have 1000 different features requested : all payment gateways, funnel, websites, advance CRM, webinars, e-learning, e-commerce etc…
(You don’t want to be the restaurant with specialties from all countries).
I am sure you are already aware of this! But a reminder is always welcome :)
My point of view : 3veta has great potential if you build it in order to serve all the entrepreneurs who actually sell their offer by phone.
Where it could become super powerful, it is to be able to handle the “phoning” selling process of all the sales teams. (can’t wait to try the team plan, if I can be part of the alpha testing, it would be awesome)
The features that have to work perfectly are :
1- Seamless scheduling (do not need to reinvent the wheel)
Interface like Calendly (no need for the customer to sign-up)
Round robin feature to dispatch booking to the team.
A good embed feature
2- In-browser video call
Quality video experience
Being able to record the call
Being able to follow a script
3- Secure payments
Being able to pay during the call
4- Following customer
Mini-CRM (pipeline like a kaban board)
HERE you have your MVP with a strong position ready to rock the market.
Later on, to make it even greater, you could focus on the animation of the sale team with gamification and challenges (which could apply to sole entrepreneur to motivate them).
Etc…
I have the sensation that it is more or less the direction that you are taking, and I am glad about this.

This is probable the sexiest UI for a video conferencing tool that I have come across. The fact that you can setup a booking page and get the video call done in one platform is so nice. You can imaging the business uses for consultants and online teaching etc.
Even more, the team is very responsive and innovative, including adding the CNAME and the team features with sub-accounts for Tier 5 and over - this is awesome and you are definitely zoomed out if you missed this. Get it while the deal is hot with the extra discount.

I am normally contented to Zoom but the 40 minutes limitation is just annoying. This would let me meet my team without time limitation and I can record and download the meeting locally. I love it. I can't wait for their custom domain feature. Get this while it is still available!

Good day! It was brought to my attention by Llilya that remote assistant/computer control via browser was no seemingly possible. But in Fact it is possible, so knowing this 😱, is this good news for the buyers? Could this distinguish your platform from your competitors? I have questions following that!
IT IS POSSIBLE SEE:
Take a look at teamviewer, the controller can control via the web browser.
The controllee however can install a prompted executable which gives access to the controller.
This is great, because all the technical ends of the installation is done by the host as he is having documents signed on HIS computer. So there is security and technical abilities is not in question for the client. All the client needs to do is control the computer via the webbrowser screen. Easy!
QUESTION: Knowing this and the future plans of the platform,
1) how confident are you that remote assistant via webbrowser goes with the future vision of the platform?
1.1) And if so do you forsee this being included for LTD users?

Hi, I have been using 3veta for about a month now, and I really like it. Two quick questions:
- When I create a 'meet now' link, will this link always be the same ? Reason: I want to send out recurring meeting invitations via google calendar and the invitation link needs to be always the same.
— How can I skip the onboarding process? I am not ready yet to connect with stripe or embed 3veta on a webpage, but every time I log in I get shown the onboarding window, forcing me to click and ignore it.

I don't understand the difference between users and the team plan. If I get tier 3, can I have two people on my sales team host calls? If one of my employees leaves, can I remove their access and add someone else? Or can this only happen at Tier 5 and above?
