Brilliant! Top of Class

Once you get under the hood, it becomes clear that this is A+ software. It's been extremely well thought out and the functionality and UI is excellent.

The performance in terms of calls also beats Zoom and Google Meet by far. You are also given the ability to upgrade or downgrade the quality of the call from HD to audio only.

Everything is simple to set up and makes total sense, even for the most ardent technophobe.

If this is the starting point then we are all in for one hell of a finished product.

Best WebRTC LTD Deal Going!

Wow! Just WOW!

Okay it's not Zoom, but it's pretty darn close.

I thought another WebRTC LTD was solid until I tried 3Veta. Stable as a rock,

1080 resolution, sweetest UI, mobile web responsive & app ready, seamless video playback, screensharing, calendar integration, and more.

I'm struggling to find any negative for my use case!!

If 3Veta had a live captioning feature, I would use this platform exclusively.

@Iliya: Yes...Very impressed with the UI! I have used almost every major virtual platform out there: AdobeConnect, WebEx, Zoom, GotoM, etc. 3Veta is just killing it such a tremendous value. My quick meeting test was via aws mae-east US on a late weekend night, so will be interested to test performance on the network weekday business hours with heavier traffic. Why do you need any app like 3veta?

The answer is simple in 3 parts:

1. You do not like monthly subscriptions, like Zoom or others alike and

2. You need to charge for meeting or better known as Paid Meeting, whether it is a one-to-one or one-to-many (group meeting). and

3. It is a LifeTimeDeal (pay once use till it fails).

I have used it several time for meetings and 3veta runs on AMAZON AWS service, mainly ap-south-1 server for me in Malaysia.

A bit glitchy at time but it is running on High Definition 1080p (as compared Zoom paid basic 720p).

Yep! you can reduce the resolution if your bandwidth is low.

Lifetime Deal video: what can i do with it?

I use it to video communicate with my clients, friends, business partners and suppliers.

It has people video window, screen share and message chat.

Here is the better part, you can change the 3veta logo to your own company LOGO.

3veta accords you with private branding. You do not get this in ZOOM.

For USD39 LTD, you have a video meeting cloud app at your disposal and no subscription.

Best part: 3veta has a development roadmap in inching towards a full solution (like zoom) from a start-up position now.

Paid Meeting. 3veta has only STRIPE payment for the moment. Setup you STRIPE integration and you can schedule a PAID meeting.

In my case, it was Malaysian Ringgit and it was not available. I wrote to Support and they added MYR and Malaysia into the system.

I am good to go and did several paid meeting test. I got paid. It works.

What is this feature good for?

If you are a homeschool tutor, it is fantastic. LTD USD39 - a once time cost and now you can charge for Monthly Recurring Revenue (MMR) aka tutorage fee per video meet-up.

If you are a coach of whatsoever, you are good to go. If you are tech-support, it is NOT ready for you as you CAN'T remotely control the other's screen. 3veta should have this feature as it is a great tech support feature - team-viewer alike.

Landing Page as Schedule Booking and Website: You can update when you are available for booking (free or paid or group meeting) and when you are busy, partying.

Your availability can be made publicly at Booking Page (a landing page - great for URL TRAFFIC Ads) and a website about you if you do not have any website.

As per their roadmap, you can have your own private domain linked, but for now, it is subdomain under 3veta.com such as mine - webkungfu.3evta.com

Who should get this?

- You hate monthly subscription!

- You want to monetize your video coaching with Paid-First-Upfront, Then-Meet-Up

- You are very patient with gradual system improvements

- You are a homeschool tutor, online one-on-one coach

- You are bootstrap start-up but do sales as your primary function

- You are like talking on video meeting (Generation-Z)

- You are a yoga trainer, real estate agent, insurance agent who provides video follow-along, property virtual tour and follow-up consultation

What you need to know?

It is nowhere near ZOOM (a public listed company & features that embedded into our expectations).

It can be glitchy for a price of LTD USD39, lifetime - great for informal meetings, quickmeeting (an actual 3veta feature). You want solid and professional, go paid monthly subscription, Ouch!.

How bad is the glitchiness? Every 30 minutes - 2x for several seconds (likely 3-4 seconds) and nobody dies.

Verdict: a LTD USD39 great for me on informal video calls or meeting.

Hi, two quick questions on the local recording feature:

- I recorded a meeting but I could only hear the audio of my own voice and not the voice of the other meeting participants. Is there any setting that I can modify to record all participants ?

- When I started the recording, it records the browser tab of the current meeting. How can I share my screen with another browser tab without risking to stop the ongoing recording ?

Local recordings are still in beta so there are some issues. Sorry about that.

I believe the problem that you had arose form the fact that when you start a recording you should choose the TAB of the meeting ONLY + the audio from that tab (as in the guide).

Then with the native 'share screen' feature in the video call share your screen and it will be present in the recording.

If you have scheduled a meeting or shared a meeting link, they *don't need* to create an account. They can simply join as a guest.

At this point, customers need to sign up to book an appointment. It is in our pipeline to simplify this process and probably will only ask for their email in the future (no sign up). We do have a social login (with Google) which makes this much easier though (essentially 1-click).

Regarding embedding - this is not a feature we have officially announced. I really want to mention it is work in progress and NOT a live feature yet. You can check our roadmap here: https://3veta.prodcamp.com/ . In fact we are currently working on the whole embedding and we've got 1 bug remaining. Probably you stumbled across it. We should be completely ready quite soon!

Is it possible to have different titles or sub-domains for different services.

For example, if I want to have a free discovery call and if I want to have a coaching call with different URL to refer to and instead of the strings of numbers and letters I don't remember, can we do it like how Calendly does it with what we want to call it?

As for the availability, could we decide the time we are available for different bookings? If I am giving a free call, I would only want to schedule a certain time but if I want a call that the client pays me, I want more available time slots.

Hi, currently there is only one unique address per service page, but you're actually suggesting a very good idea to have pretty URLs for such publicly shareable pages. We'll look into it!

We're soon about to release the feature to be able to embed your pages wherever you want so that would be one way to achieve custom URLs for now.

For example, you could embed a page such as https://iskren.3veta.com/booking/1d53ba02-8b1c-43b2-8126-c3e5312d13dd to be a full-page iframe at some pretty address such as https://iskren.com/free-book

Unfortunately, currently we only support a single set of availability rules per account.

What I would suggest as a workaround is to have two accounts with different services and respecitvely different availabilities which then, once the Agency plan feature is out (soon!), you'll be able to combine into a single Agency.

This way it's going to be as if you have a single account with two different sets of services and their respective availabilities.

Right now the only workaround I can think of is to have several accounts since there is only one availability set per account at the moment.

However, you are bringing a valid point up, and also the way we have setup the system on the backend would allow such a change after some reworking.

This is a continuation to my previous message, and wish to contribute with my ideas of making a great product greater!

As stated the ability to list only 6 services is not sufficient for me, what you may wish to consider implementing is Service Catergories and a Scrolling Carousel with the ability to list All Services provided of any particular catergory.

Being aware that others have requested this before me, the ability to fully customize the outlook of the pages to match the website is another must add feature. As well as the ability to customise the current label on the booking button, From Book to Reserve My Spot or Secure Seat or Make Appointment or Meet the CEO or Schedule Support Appointment os Book My Course and countless other labels.

Also i own 90+ domains, and wish to add 3veta to a certain number of them, as others are not service related domains, how would I go about achieving this for each identity domain?

The overall feedback from the SaaS Mantra community has been amazing and as you've seen we've already released several features as a direct consequence.

Regarding the services limit, checkout my previous answer, but yes, absolutely, we'll be increasing the limit by the end of this week.

We do have plans to increase the customizability of both the website and the booking page - in terms of visuals and also labels. Stay tuned for product updates!

I'm not actually sure I understand your question regarding the domains. Could you explain your situation in a bit more detail?

Also, can you please add the following code to the footer of my page in order to comply with ADA laws and so I'm not prosecuted for lack of having it there.

I purchase 3veta over a week or so ago and began working on my page and services seems to have a limit of 6 as I'm unable to create more. Is this right? Only 6 services can be listed?

Because I intend to upgrade to Tier 5 tommorrow but if this is the case with limited services and there's no plans to unrestict the number of services, then I might not proceed with the upgrade.

Can you please advise?

Hi,

You are correct that currently clients can enter quick and free scheduled meetings as guests, but not book.

However, we have seen overwhelming feedback from the SaaS Mantra community about this being a possible improvement, so we've pulled it closer in our roadmap.

We're already working on making this happen and hope to see it out soon.

We'll roll it out in phases:

First, today we released an update that reduces the complexity for customer signups by slashing the overall number of fields required to a half.

Then, at some point soon, we'll move around the design so customers will be able to join meetings and also book with a single click "Continue with Google / Facebook" rather than having to login/signup with 3veta.

Finally, as the last step, we're planning to allow email-only bookings where the customer is only asked for their email for the purpose of receiving the meeting link and invitation, and nothing else.

Do you have a time frame for these features to be delivered to us?

It would be nice to Collect the First and Second Name and Email too when the book a meeting.

The ideal would be able to have custom fields so we could decide what fields we could collect before the book the meeting with us. All other booking software have it. For example: Calendly, ScheduleOne, AcuitySchedulling.

@Vincent: At present, you can either redeem every coupon under a different account.

Or, contact 3veta team via chat support so they can help you add it to the same account manually

@Sampath: OK Thanks because it seems not possible to enter more than one coupon, meaning not possible to get higher tier than tier one. Am I the first in this situation?

Redeeming codes works as follows:

-> Each code should be used on a single account

-> If you want to use a code, simply create an account and apply the code

From this point you will have all SaaS Mantra LTD features on this account

-> If you want to use a code for another user, just create a new account and apply another code

Once the team plan is out, you will be able to manage those from an admin panel.

Is there no way to change colors (especially the "book" button) so we can make this fit our own branding? If not yet, is this going to be possible? I need it to fit with my website design.

@Iliya: Oh, that would be great, but probably not mainstream:) I should clarify, what's important to me is that the style on the client-facing pages matches my branding. I would be fine with white as main backgrond as it is now, but the purple button totally crashes with my main color; terracotta (#C79877). From what I can see now, just being able to change the color of the button would make a huge difference. Ultimately, I would like to match the style of my website in terms of fonts, style, and colors.

Bought a code to test. For now, I have these questions:

1. From what I can tell anyone booking a meeting (our clients) must sign up for a 3veta account.

2. Once they (our clients) signup, they'll get a welcome e-mail from "Masha from 3veta" welcoming them to the 3veta platform and letting them know that they're all set.

To me both are troublesome as they create confusion (why is Masha emailing me instead of the person/organization I booked the appointment with) and unnecessary friction by forcing account creation to book a meeting. Here is what I propose as a solution:

1a. Make signing up optional by giving us the ability to chose if we want to manage our clients with-in 3veta. The customers tab (/customers/) only provides basic information which is not worth the friction it creates in the scheduling process.

2a. Let us customize welcome emails. So once a meeting is booked we can send a custom thank you/next steps email. While that is being worked on please stop Masha from welcoming our clients :).

1. If you invite someone to a meeting, they can always join as guest. See this image: https://ibb.co/GtYM22s . However, if they book a meeting with you, they’ll need an account. We are working on simplifying the whole customer flow but it will take some time (e.g. require only an email to book a meeting, instead of a full account).

2. Adding this to our internal discussion points. We will have to come back to you on this one!
